Sample before buying,!! NO RETURN POOICY.Please do not go crazy buying tons of… Please do not go crazy buying tons of product because sampling first. I bought sample kit and it's a joke. They did a great job marketing product but it does absolutely nothing it states it does. Be careful because there is a no refund policy and that should have warned me because all good products are backed up by a return policy.

I like their quality products once the… I like their quality products once the design is produced in great detail, although I have been a drop shipper with them since 2022 and this year all of a sudden something has significantly change with their CSV download template as if tampering with codes has happened….i cannot import orders from ETSY to Kin custom many customers have been ordering through me but items are not being processed because Kim custom CSV templates gives error detection issues!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They take forever to get back to you. I had two orders which I had shipping issues with and they refused to refund me although I submitted proof... and was a loyal customer. As a fellow small business, I thought they would have respected my business more.

5* for customer service Through a series of unfortunate events I messed up several times and almost missed out on my welcome discount for sample products. The customer service team went above and beyond to help me sort it out so that I could get my sample order. I can't wait to receive my products now, and with service like that will surely keep them top of mind when I want to create more!
