Excellent Print-on-Demand Service!! I have been purchasing shoes and sling bags from Kin Custom for the past year. Both of these products are of outstanding quality, and the branded packaging is some of the best in the print-on-demand industry. Shipping and production times have been exactly as described, and customer support has been both timely and precise.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They take forever to get back to you. I had two orders which I had shipping issues with and they refused to refund me although I submitted proof... and was a loyal customer. As a fellow small business, I thought they would have respected my business more.

Kin Custom has very high quality… Kin Custom has very high quality products and very nice packaging. I have used them for 4 years and have had very few problems. I also like the quality of product images and the models. I use them a lot for my website. I would like more design flexibility with the colors of items, more than just black or white base for shoes and bags.

KIN CUSTOM LISTENS, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with Kin Custom. The service I received was exceptional, the product quality was outstanding, and the range of options available was impressive. Thank you for valuing my input and considering my suggestions. I will gladly leave a positive review because they deserve it. I would love it if we could have a storefront directly with them though.

Highly Recommend Love this site, the options, the QUALITY of EVERYTHING - both clothing fit and feel and printing/image when going from design to actual item. ONLY CHANGE that I feel would be helpful is a better way to sort your store page. As of now you just have to flip through each page individually. Having a way to sort by design or some other way would be helpful.
