GBTerrible products, terrible customer service Edit: I had to get my bank involved with a chargeback claim to get my money back. They're truly a bad company. Avoid at all costs! I bought a reduit uni together with one skinpod and one hairpod. The device itself is terrible and I doubt that it does anything to your skin, but to make matters worse it doesn't even work at all with the hairpod, nothing comes out. I emailed customer service to ask for a return 8 days ago, and they replied with a one liner: that they're going to look into it. And then nothing, complete silence. I send another email 3 days ago and again no reply. I feel that they're trying to stall me until the 30 days return window elapses so that they can deny the return. This whole thing feels like a scam.

CHVery bad service . Never received paid item I bought one booster device in July 23 and after weeks of asking news about shipment I received no answer, no device, no news, nothing. But I paid in advance as required. No news about a possible reimbursement. Custom service is absolutely bad! It is the worst shopping experience I ever had.

USDo NOT buy from this company! Do NOT buy from this company!! They STOLE money from my account. I had a discount code and my total was supposed to be $360, they went back and charged me $515 and will not make it right. I would have NEVER paid that much for these products. I am having to do a chargeback now and now will never purchase from them again so the overpriced products are worthless anyway. They could have had a lifelong customer but chose to steal from me instead.

AUEasy to use and great results Device and pods arrived quickly. Took a couple of attempts to get everything working... but then super easy. Very impressed with the results! My wife and I continue to use and the ability to switch pods is a great feature.

USScam product. A co-worker tried this and asked me if I'd be interested. I hate being scammed and this seemed like a scam product. Upon inspecting the product ingredients and patents I found (drum roll) it is indeed a scam. There's nothing special, magical or even functional about it. It is exactly what you'd think. A tiny bit of product, containing almost nothing but solvents and fragrance, is sprayed, mostly into the air, to make it smell like you did something. Its sad to see, but please realize so many beauty products are only designed to take your money from you. If you're lucky they smell good. Don't fall for this scam. On top of its extreme cost they add e-waste to the environment. One of the keys to look for? Their website doesn't even claim it does anything. Don't fall for it ladies. Its just another man trying to take advantage of you. Save your money. Don't let the paid influencers lie to you.
