If I could I would give a NEGATIVE FIVE… If I could I would give a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR!!! No free return even though it states so on its website. You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.

Items for my daughter met her applause… Items for my daughter met her applause when delivered. :) One issue is the store is in US, but items come from manufacturer is South Korea that means quite a lot of import tax... Nevertheless, the design and quality is perfect, so that's why this overall rating.

Awful Shopping Experience I bought a pricey jacket which came in a different colour (not the one on the website pictures). When I contacted their customer service they told me that I cannot return my item for free (and I already paid for the shipping when ordered). Also when I asked how to return the item they ignored me and were totally helpless. I’m very disappointed in such awful shipping experience :( please don’t buy anything from them

All items were shipped very quickly and… All items were shipped very quickly and arrived just a few days after my order was placed. I understand the people with bad experiences when something goes wrong completely in these times. And I personally was very unsecure whether I should take the risk.
