I am more than disappointed... I am more than disappointed. I don't mind paying something a bit more expensive if the quality is there. The thing is, the quality is more than bad. The fabric is really bad, it doesn't even have any tag inside to inform about the material of the fabric. It's more than a cheap quality to be honest. Furthermore, there's no real mention about the taxes. I had to pay the shipping fee that was already 16$ and then, when the package was sent, I had to pay more than 45$ of taxes in order to receive it. The measures of the clothes are also incorrect, nothing that looks like the picture. I will never ever buy on the website again. Can't even send back the product in order to have a refund because firstly, we need to leave all the tags on the clothes in order to have a refund and there was literally no tags on the clothes I ordered and secondly, I will have to pay again the sending...

Horrible experience, terrible company… Update 1/14/2024 Received after Christmas, returned right away, I haven’t get any refund yet, emailed them and no response. I ordered a pair of expensive shoes and several slippers on November 28,2023, they gave estimate delivery date is between December 07-December 18, that was why I orders, because it could arrive before Christmas, I noticed on December 12 they haven’t shipped it yet, so I contacted with them by email on December 12 , they told be my delivery date is dec.7-18, so will have no problem, I told them that it is important to arrive before Christmas because it a present! Then no more answer anymore, now they told me it will arrive on December 28, it is after Christmas!!!!!! It is a present for my daughter for Christmas, how could they do that! now I am totally screwed! I will keep you guys updated! Terrible company never ever buy from here again! I am going yo report them on my PayPal they are a scam if they don’t give me a full refund! Why I need it anymore if it arrives after Christmas?! I HAVE to buy something else immediately to replace this unable arrived presents! Nightmare! I have never had this horrible experience in my whole life, that is how bad it is!

Not Recommended Warning to those thinking about shopping on this website: Not recommended. Firstly, if something doesn’t fit and they don’t have a size that will fit you, you have to pay a re-shelving fee on top of return shipping yourself. Basically it’s a $10-$12 risk of buying online. They advertise “easy returns”, but it should say “expensive returns”. Furthermore, if you see something you like on this website, you can go to the manufacturer of that item directly and pay significantly less for the exact same product, so there is no reason to shop on this website.

Order #ID49C6DA Order #ID49C6DA ; Tracking - JO0207802680 This Store is a SCAM!! I paid for the product on 17th Jan 2024 . Got message on the above Order # and Tacking. But, till date - the Tracking cannot be done. I have sent 20 emails to their Customer Service with ScreenShots and their reply come like Bots. While the shipment was to INDONESIA, they refer to INDIA!!! I have asked for REFUND and there is NO REPLY ! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience EVER , ANYWHERE!

Need to cancel my order #LK858247 and need refund too Idk what the hell is going on.but I ordered from kooding and right the instant I ordered i got a call from my bank and they told me maybe they will try to steal my money and they asked me to cancel my card if such thing happens.i ordered tons of things by online but this never happened.I kindly request if u trying to do a scam please do not and pls refund my money back I requested to cancel my order and if you asking me for a single dollar to cancel my order I’m gonna get legal actions.
