I wish I read these reviews Like many others, I’m hit by an outrageous customs tax! I have ordered so many items from other shops internationally before and never had a customs tax bill so high. I am sure Kooding are benefitting from this as the customs percentage is much higher than standard. Their terms on refusal is that you pay shipping back and forth plus other hidden charges that they won’t specify that only come to light ‘once returned to warehouse’. I’m pretty sure this store should be shut down. It really is a scam. Avoid!

Nevertheless, the design and quality is perfect, so that's why this overall rating.

Need to cancel my order #LK858247 and need refund too Idk what the hell is going on.but I ordered from kooding and right the instant I ordered i got a call from my bank and they told me maybe they will try to steal my money and they asked me to cancel my card if such thing happens.i ordered tons of things by online but this never happened.I kindly request if u trying to do a scam please do not and pls refund my money back I requested to cancel my order and if you asking me for a single dollar to cancel my order I’m gonna get legal actions.

I understand the people with bad experiences when something goes wrong completely in these times. And I personally was very unsecure whether I should take the risk. Great korean products Kooding offers a wide selection of korean beauty products at Very reasonable prices. I ordered few things for my gf and she totally loved it! I also like some of the clothes I’ve seen on the site and I think I will order some soon. Shipping was affordable and considerably quick considering covid 19 pandemic.
