You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.

Happy for many years I've been shopping for few years now, and always happy with my purchase with great quality. You can't buy all these different selections anywhere with such good service. Considering it's coming from the other side of the world all the fees are within acceptable range, and as long as you follow their policy no issue at all! (Not every company is Amazon, and you have to just follow their policy, don't understand those people wanting free shipping and free return on everything)

They advertise “easy returns”, but it should say “expensive returns”. Great korean products Kooding offers a wide selection of korean beauty products at Very reasonable prices. I ordered few things for my gf and she totally loved it!
