Size description is detailed and accurate so I seldom get my sizes wrong. Shipping may be a bit slow but I can live with it. I’ve made many purchases and have yet to make any return.

You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.

Not recommending this brand. Do not pay for Expedited shipping. I paid extra fee so that I could get my clothes ASAP. Their website says that it will take 2-7 days if you pay for expedited shipping. It has been a month and I have not gotten my stuff. I tracked my package on USPS, but it says label created for shipping but does not indicate USPS has received the package. However, Kooding website says that they have shipped the package. I believe this is false, and they have not been sent the packages yet. I would not recommend paying for extra fee for the fast shipping. If you really like their products, then you will have to wait for a long time. Otherwise, I would recommend using other brand(G-Market, Mixxix, etc.)

I was very disappointed that the dress… I was very disappointed that the dress that I had purchased was too small and took so long. Most of the dresses don't come but one size which makes shopping a return for a store credit useless.I ended up giving the dress away and will not shop on this site. Very disappointing experience
