Nevertheless, the design and quality is perfect, so that's why this overall rating.

Awful Shopping Experience I bought a pricey jacket which came in a different colour (not the one on the website pictures). When I contacted their customer service they told me that I cannot return my item for free (and I already paid for the shipping when ordered). Also when I asked how to return the item they ignored me and were totally helpless. I’m very disappointed in such awful shipping experience :( please don’t buy anything from them

If I could I would give a NEGATIVE FIVE… If I could I would give a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR!!! No free return even though it states so on its website. You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.

Size description is detailed and accurate so I seldom get my sizes wrong. Shipping may be a bit slow but I can live with it. I’ve made many purchases and have yet to make any return.

Ordering from the website is easy. and shipping takes about a week. Throughout the week, i received notification, when the items have been shipped and when it should be expected to arrive. Overall, i'm happy with the items i ordered.
