Not Recommended Warning to those thinking about shopping on this website: Not recommended. Firstly, if something doesn’t fit and they don’t have a size that will fit you, you have to pay a re-shelving fee on top of return shipping yourself. Basically it’s a $10-$12 risk of buying online. They advertise “easy returns”, but it should say “expensive returns”. Furthermore, if you see something you like on this website, you can go to the manufacturer of that item directly and pay significantly less for the exact same product, so there is no reason to shop on this website.

Not recommending this brand. Do not pay for Expedited shipping. I paid extra fee so that I could get my clothes ASAP. Their website says that it will take 2-7 days if you pay for expedited shipping. It has been a month and I have not gotten my stuff. I tracked my package on USPS, but it says label created for shipping but does not indicate USPS has received the package. However, Kooding website says that they have shipped the package. I believe this is false, and they have not been sent the packages yet. I would not recommend paying for extra fee for the fast shipping. If you really like their products, then you will have to wait for a long time. Otherwise, I would recommend using other brand(G-Market, Mixxix, etc.)

I am more than disappointed... I am more than disappointed. I don't mind paying something a bit more expensive if the quality is there. The thing is, the quality is more than bad. The fabric is really bad, it doesn't even have any tag inside to inform about the material of the fabric. It's more than a cheap quality to be honest. Furthermore, there's no real mention about the taxes. I had to pay the shipping fee that was already 16$ and then, when the package was sent, I had to pay more than 45$ of taxes in order to receive it. The measures of the clothes are also incorrect, nothing that looks like the picture. I will never ever buy on the website again. Can't even send back the product in order to have a refund because firstly, we need to leave all the tags on the clothes in order to have a refund and there was literally no tags on the clothes I ordered and secondly, I will have to pay again the sending...

Extremely marked up prices Prices are so outrageous marked up Korean fast fashion garments where they can lock down the looks but the quality is absolutely abysmal. One item I received the Three Pockets Cargo Jogger Pants ($80) and was extremely disappointed due to the cheap feel of the material and weak stitching on the pockets which are not built to last. Curiously, the inside tag is branded "GLAMOUR" which leads me to believe these are some cheap knockoffs as googling it doesn't bring up anything. Once you choose to return your items, they charge a 9.99 return fee. Some of the exact pieces on this site can be found on sites like Aliexpress and dhgate through reverse image search such as the REDHOMME Basic Warm Short Padding for half the cost. tldr; This is not a go to for Korean fashion due to bad quality and inflated prices. Same/Identical pieces can be found on other sites, such as aliexpress, for way cheaper.

Order #ID49C6DA Order #ID49C6DA ; Tracking - JO0207802680 This Store is a SCAM!! I paid for the product on 17th Jan 2024 . Got message on the above Order # and Tacking. But, till date - the Tracking cannot be done. I have sent 20 emails to their Customer Service with ScreenShots and their reply come like Bots. While the shipment was to INDONESIA, they refer to INDIA!!! I have asked for REFUND and there is NO REPLY ! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience EVER , ANYWHERE!
