Firstly, if something doesn’t fit and they don’t have a size that will fit you, you have to pay a re-shelving fee on top of return shipping yourself. Basically it’s a $10-$12 risk of buying online. They advertise “easy returns”, but it should say “expensive returns”. Furthermore, if you see something you like on this website, you can go to the manufacturer of that item directly and pay significantly less for the exact same product, so there is no reason to shop on this website.

You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.
