You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.

I wish I read these reviews Like many others, I’m hit by an outrageous customs tax! I have ordered so many items from other shops internationally before and never had a customs tax bill so high. I am sure Kooding are benefitting from this as the customs percentage is much higher than standard. Their terms on refusal is that you pay shipping back and forth plus other hidden charges that they won’t specify that only come to light ‘once returned to warehouse’. I’m pretty sure this store should be shut down. It really is a scam. Avoid!
