Local Office Depot stopped supplying HP… Local Office Depot stopped supplying HP 02 ink cartridges, so I checked online and Inkfarm popped up - with good prices for genuine HP ink, but even better (MUCH better) prices for "Our Ink" (Remanufactured). Nearly two weeks ago I asked about… Nearly two weeks ago I asked about returning the three Canon ink cartridges that I bought on line, as the one I tried would not print well; always the first several lines were not clear on every page I printed. Useless. I said I would scan some of these pages and send the scans if wanted. There has been no reply of any kind. Product and service not acceptable. A day later, today, I did get a reply and Inkfarm is sending a prepaid label for me to return the cartridges for a refund, as all of their re-manufactured, and compatible cartridges come with a two year warranty, and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Excellent service. Maybe I should have tried the other two cartridges before complaining.
