I was very satisfied I was very satisfied. My items (two remanufactured print cartridges for an older HP all-in-one printer) were shipped promptly and I was informed when the order was received and sent out. I got them in a few days, and not only did I save money with these remanufactured cartridges but the printing itself looks better than what I got with the original and more expensive HP cartridges I used to buy. My order was for one color and one b&w… My order was for one color and one b&w cartridge but got two b&w instead. However as soon as I reported the problem the color cartridge was shipped immediately and include a postage paid return envelop. Mistakes happen, how you resolve them is more important. Thanks,
