Awful product, awful people, just terrible! Don’t use! I ordered my veneers for pictures at my daughter’s wedding. I asked on chat, by email and on the phone if there was a way to get them here by September 30. They (‘Dan’} asked me for an Extra $150 and then, yes, they would guarantee the delivery. The short of it is that DHL left them on my driveway behind bushes on October 8. We found them while gardening on 10/12. The wedding and parties I bought it for are over. So, I tried them on and , of course, they don’t fit. I’ve told them that too, but the answer was, ‘be patient’. And ‘they don’t give refunds’! I did their process online with their rep and it was fully approved by their rep. (They refunded the rush fee they claim. But I never would have spent this kind of money on something that I didn’t have a real reason to get at s particular time. I want a full refund as I was not given product nor service I wanted. Please do not use this company.

So sad and unhappy with these veneers It took me 4 months to receive my veneers. Part my own fault part their fault. The main issue is the most important for obvious reasons. The veneers. I’ve been staring at them and it’s like they just added a coat of plastic to my already existing teeth. The side around and leave huge gaps in the bottom and top gums. After wearing them for 10 minutes and taking them out I feel like they cut into my gums and my gums up and down are scratched and extremely uncomfortable. No bleeding but I feel like it would start bleeding after wearing the for a few hours. The color was almost the same as my own and I do not have white teeth at all which is one of the reasons I got them. The absolute main reason is that I have crooked teeth and wanted a straight full line without the imperfections. I honestly have no idea what they actually did in this “lab”. It feels like 10 dollar cheap Chinese knock offs. They don’t look natural and I feel like I want to hide my teeth more now to not show off my plastic teeth. So so so disappointed and I have no idea where these positive reviews from other people are coming from. The customer support was the only positive thing. Nice people and fast to reply. Quick in everything besides making the veneers. They are so uncomfortable and you feel like you’re about to go to a Halloween party. Wish I could get a refund but this is obviously not something you can leave the price tag on after trying them out. No idea what was “custom” about them. Very disappointed and honestly very sad to receive these. Will be leaving reviews on other platforms because I really don’t want people to spend their hard earned money and feel the sad feeling I am having now. Was looking forward so much to them. 0 stars.

This company is horrible This company is horrible! My veneers did not fit AT ALL and they broke while trying to put them in my mouth. I requested my money back, but they won't because they claim I owe them $30 for more impression materials, but it was refunded to me by someone at Alpha Veneers and then I found out that was an accident! If they are making me pay for their mistake, then take it out of the $750 I spent on their crappy product. I have also contacted the BBB in New York. They sent two letters to Alpha Veneers that went unanswered.

SCAM!!! Do not waste your money or time on this… Do not waste your money or time on this company and product. Alpha Veneers is a SCAM. I cannot express how incredibly disappointed by the timing, quality of the product, the lack of response from customer service (Dan). Their lack of help regarding any kind of refund or response is ridiculous, since they never even sent me my upper half. And the quality is laughable. This company is beyond awful. They are unethical, expensive, the product is subpar and I am so sad I ever heard of clip-on veneers. Jan 2022, I found out about clip-on veneers and chose Alpha Veneers. I purchased the deluxe option and full upper and lower veneers, because they said you can eat with them on. In January, I paid for the occasional usage but I upgraded Feb 2022 and paid extra to receive the all the time usage (supposedly better quality). They estimated 6 weeks, but I didn't get anything until May 2022 and I only received the lower section of teeth. Over 1 Year later I STILL have not received the upper veneers (the most important part). Alpha Veneers said it would only take 6 weeks and I didn't get half of the product for 22 weeks, over 4 months and the upper part of the mouth was NEVER sent. After I finally received my lower set, I called and emailed to let them know I was missing the upper set and they completely stopped responding to me. No one responds to my emails nor phone calls. I have left countless voicemail messages. I haven’t received any refund or response about a refund or even partial refund since I didn’t receive the most important part of the product, the upper teeth. What I did receive of this product is very poor quality. They use a crappy plastic that doesn’t look anything like real teeth more like the fake vampire teeth, only no cool fangs. It resembles a white blob of plastic covering the lower teeth with vague ridges outlining the teeth. It’s like I bought an almost $1000.00 crappy night guard. I occasionally use it as such, since I have no other use for it. SCAM!!
