JPDISAPPOINTED Good news: customer support is very good. Dan responded promptly to all my emails. Bad news: the veneers. There is very little definition between the teeth, especially in the front where it counts the most. They look very fake. Also, I have a pronounced lisp whenever I wear them, rendering them almost unusable. I really regret buying these.

GBThere is no place to give a zero rating… There is no place to give a zero rating so one star was the best I could do. They cheated me out of $899 and 6 months out of my life waiting for a product that never materialized. I don't believe that "Dan" is a real person, do not waste your money on this product. I've asked for a full refund as they have done NOTHING to deserve a dime of my money and I've received nothing...not an email or apology and I've emailed them weekly for 6 months.

I was dealing with gum issues for so long and because of that teeth were looking so bad & misaligned then I just scrolled online & saw alpha veneers are changing smiles at an affordable price than the rest of other companies. I spoke to the customer support to help me in placing the order it was easy & effective & very soon I will receive my kit! Soo excited….

GBI have been waiting for almost 3… I have been waiting for almost 3 months. When I tried to send the "impression" case back to them to be processed, FED-EX said there was no such address. Then I finally contacted alpha-veneer by phone and was given a U.K. address..FED-EX told me it would be over $250 just for shipping. So I sent it to a U.S address, but didn't hear from them for a while. Finally the person on the phone gave an "excuse" that the office or facility was closed due to covid. When I managed to e-mail (dan@alphavneers) he responded that it would be ready by the end of May. I think something doesn't sound right, so I tried to e-mail dan@alphaveneers and support@alphaveneers but the e-mail wouldn't go thru. I simply want a refund and then find another company which does a similar line of service.
