GBON THE HUNT! What is going on with this brand What is going on with this brand? In store and online, the colors I need are out of stock! Powder, cover stick, whatever I'm looking for is sold out. So I waited several weeks and still not restocked. There was a good sized area for BareMinerials at Ulta but now its reduced to half an isle and out of almost everything. Looks like I'm gonna need to find a different brand.

GBI may never get my product Ordered product in Nov. received the wrong product in Dec. Tried to call about 5 times and was told that the system was down due to upgrades. Finally another month later in Jan, I reached someone who said they'd fulfill the order with the correct color. Now it's another month later in Feb., and I still have not product. On hold now to try and get it shipped. Ridiculous! I'll be shocked if I ever get the product.

GBBare Minerals online agent said system… Bare Minerals online agent said system is down to call back 2 days. His accent was so broken we could not understand him at all. This is BULL...! I have a gift card but I don't know balance on card. I gave agent card # and he was useless. Denise

GBCan’t get them to remove me from rewards and email I do not use these product but went into a store to purchase a gift card for someone. The sales person told me she had to have my email address to complete the purchase. She actually apparently signed me up for their rewards program. I started receiving emails updating my rewards status. They have a link to contact them to remove you from this program and the emails. I have contacted them multiple times over the last year requesting they remove me from this program and their email list since I never signed up. They always respond that they will take care of it but it’s obviously lies because I still continue getting these emails that I am still in the rewards program. I will never be a customer based on this horrible customer service experience with them.
