GBI may never get my product Ordered product in Nov. received the wrong product in Dec. Tried to call about 5 times and was told that the system was down due to upgrades. Finally another month later in Jan, I reached someone who said they'd fulfill the order with the correct color. Now it's another month later in Feb., and I still have not product. On hold now to try and get it shipped. Ridiculous! I'll be shocked if I ever get the product.

GBOrdered products at end of November as… Ordered products at end of November as UK stores are constantly out of stock. First parcel despatched for delivery by Royal Mail at start of their strike. Waited over 2 weeks so asked for replacement parcel by different courier or full refund. Replacement sent again by Royal Mail in midst of another strike! Will not be ordering on line again and shall now insist on full refund

GBSo disappointed with my purchase of… So disappointed with my purchase of bare minerals foundation. It leaves the skin shiny with white bits sticking around the eyes and head where it gathers. Brought the brush also. Waste of £50 and i dont recommend this product. A mediocre foundation from the high street are better and a lot cheaper. Unhappy customer

GBCan't get a Refund Can't get a Refund. I quickly returned the product that I ordered on-line using the Fedex return label. My refund request was delayed for months even after repeatedly contacting the company. Now they won't provide a refund because I have since closed the account I used to pay for the purchase. Why can't a large company provide a refund?

GBCan’t get them to remove me from rewards and email I do not use these product but went into a store to purchase a gift card for someone. The sales person told me she had to have my email address to complete the purchase. She actually apparently signed me up for their rewards program. I started receiving emails updating my rewards status. They have a link to contact them to remove you from this program and the emails. I have contacted them multiple times over the last year requesting they remove me from this program and their email list since I never signed up. They always respond that they will take care of it but it’s obviously lies because I still continue getting these emails that I am still in the rewards program. I will never be a customer based on this horrible customer service experience with them.
