Recently when I have gone into their… Recently when I have gone into their stores there is very little to buy. The clothes are inexpensive, so quality is poor, and the fabrics are terrible. A few years ago they used to have some cute, inexpensive items, but lately the choice is terrible. I have not used their website.

Bad behaviour of staff Today I have visited Frederiksberg centeret branch and have faced the worst possible behavior from one of staff. At the time of purchase, I gave my phone to staff to activate one of the coupons from the HM app but he instead of activating only one coupon he activated all of them. When question about this, he started talking (shouting) in a threatening manner walked out from the till. When I told him that that his behavior is rude, and he cannot behave like this ,he shouted in front of other customers that I can complain to any one I want, and he does not care about this. I must say this is one of the worst experiences I have with HM and I must say I am fully shocked.

I have always gotten EXCELLENT SERVICE… I have always gotten EXCELLENT SERVICE from H&M in Denmark, in the stores and online. The costumer service is one of the ABSOLUTE best I have ever met, and they have always been very helpful and friendly, and have every time quickly resolved ANY problem I’d might have. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 10/10 thumbs up from me. (In comparison to Zara.dk that I would give 0/10 fore there extremely bad service)
