This seriously has to stop This seriously has to stop, the customer service is nowhere near existing... shopping in the store is ok... but when you place an order twice (by mistake and i know it was my fault) and you texst then 10 minutes after if they can cancell the order, i was met by a incompetent lady who just told me no ‘not accept the order’ which is kinda hard when they put it directly in the mailbox. After that i hear nothing even though i try to get in contact w her. After that i get a another mail which says that the order can be cancelled within the first hour. Which the first lady did not do, and just ghosted my mails. What the hell is this? I’m so tired of your non existing customer support/service. Please do something about this, i’m starting to consider shopping elsewhere

An employee that HATED her job?! Visited H&M in the centre Grand Samarkand in Växjö with my daughter. The employee standing in the changing rooms around 4.30 pm. seemed like she h a t e d her job. No smile on her face. Bossing the customers around. Placing the plastic number for trying clothes hard on the table, instead of giving it in the reached out hand, that was right in front of her! Actually, she sent out so much negativity, that we were in a bad mood when we left the store, even though we were happy when we arrived! Bloody irritating!

Customer service is not helpful at all Customer service is not helpful at all. I accidentally placed 2 orders, and they said it's impossible to cancel. And the support should improve their English as well.

Something strange Something strange. Sometimes there are things of very good quality, and they last for quite a long time, and sometimes vice versa. In general, a good budget clothing company.
