GBBad product and poor customer service Be careful when ordering from this company. I purchased 3 products including The Rejuvenating Eye Patch. I opened and used the eye patches and received a chemical burn. When I emailed customer service for a return, they offered me a 30% refund to keep the product. After many emails to get refunded on the 2 other products that I have not opened yet, they are still refusing. The customer service through their support website is a joke. I am now emailing oiaskincare.team to see if they are any more competent at customer service.

CAThe product looks nothing like they advertise!!! I purchased the Anti-Wrinkle Patches 2.0 for Facelift and when I got it I noticed it looked thinner than the actual product. Applying the product to my face is almost impossible because it sticks to my hands and to itself. The packaging was also completely different. Each silicone came separately with a thin paper attached to the sticky side of the silicone and shoved inside of a small paper envelope. It looks nothing like the product portrays it. For the first night, after a struggle, I did manage to get it on my face before bed following the package instructions. However, due to its thin structure, I woke up with additional wrinkles which made it worse. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend it. Update: They decided to send me a new product without my approval. I ended up receiving it and saw that it had the exact same problem so I didn't open it and asked for a refund. At this point, they started telling me that this is how the product should look like and gave me 12 steps to educate me on how to use this defective product. The worst part was that they now claimed to not be able to give me a refund because they sent me a new product which again I did not ask for. If you are reading this right now do yourself a favour and don't get mixed up in this scam.

GBReally helps with sleep wrinkles! My favourites was the forehead patch. I used it religiously and even my husband questioned whether I had got Botox! You see I have what they call sleep wrinkles. One brow in particular can look as if it’s been slashed the crease is that deep, but using the patch gradually removed 90% leaving just a faint line.

CAExact same material as scar strips but more expensive Hot tip for anyone looking at these, they are 100% medical grade silicone which is exactly what scar strips are made of. They cost a lot less and do the exact same thing which, unfortunately for me, wasn't much. The scar strips work because they are being used mainly on scars that are hidden beneath clothing so you can wear them a few days at a time, while these wrinkle patches you can only wear overnight. What they do is trap moisture in your skin, so you have a bit of swelling just after you take them off, temporarily making any fine lines less noticeable. Obviously, this doesn't last more than a few hours. So they aren't all bad, I just didn't notice a huge difference. I would just get Botox personally, it isn't much more and lasts a lot longer (months vs. hours)

CAHORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! First off, they sent me 20% of my entire order and refuse to email or contact me back! My order was originally an accident, I ordered too many packages and customer service got RIGHT BACK TO ME, however, that problem was NEVER fixed, they charged me over 200$ and sent me 1 package of complete GARBAGE!! The patches DO NOT STICK, nor are they reusable!! I have sent over 10 emails regarding my funds or products with NOTHING! I am LIVID!!
