GBMy use of caspah I've had darker skin around my intimate areas so decided to try out caspah and i am so far pleased with the results. The dark skin has lightened a bit and i have hope that i'll be able to reach my desired results!

CAWorks for scars I had a few accidents last year that left me with a few scars that, frankly, where just a bit too visible for my taste. After lots of internet research, I found this safe product that's easy to use at home. I am very pleased with the product.

GBGreat products and friendly service I've always found the people at Caspah very easy to deal with. Always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have. Their products work well and aren't too expensive. Unfortunately, even with the best of companies, things go wrong sometimes. It looks like they've been having a few problems recently and now their website appears to be down. I hope they manage to sort things out.

GBAwful, awful, awful! My experience with Caspah is similar to previous reviewer Sam's. I placed an order totaling $69.95 on 4/12/19, it is 4/23 and I have not received my order let alone a shipping conformation or tracking info outside of the initial confirmation email directly from Caspah (which means their "customer service" reps cannot accuse me of entering the wrong email address as an excuse). I researched Caspah and Amaira bleaching creams and chose Caspah because it seemed to be a better value, a decision I am sorely regretting. I have checked my email religiously during this time (both inbox and junk folders) and have received ZERO updates. I submitted two messages via the contact page of Caspah's website plus two emails to address provided in the confirmation email. I have checked their site countless times, hoping that the Live Chat would be available but unsurprisingly it is always offline. It was even more disheartening to see that Caspah can reply to reviews on Trustpilot but cannot communicate directly with customers. I would not be surprised to find that when or if I ever receive my product, it is as substandard and ineffective as their customer service. While reading the reviews on Truspilot I noticed that the Caspah reps respond glowingly to all five-star reviews yet are condescending and accusatory to customers when addressing critical reviews which has further reinforced my increasingly negative opinion of their company.
