I order/purchased their product 5 days… I order/purchased their product 5 days ago and I have not gotten any update ever since. I tried to send an email via contact us tab to see when will my items get shipped, as the website states that it takes 24-48hrs to be shipped after the purchased, but no luck. And there is no telephone number provided. My order ID is 165054. And i am moving soon i need to make sure i receive the item before i move. Please help.

Their products work well and aren't too expensive. Unfortunately, even with the best of companies, things go wrong sometimes. It looks like they've been having a few problems recently and now their website appears to be down. I hope they manage to sort things out.
