GBMy use of caspah I've had darker skin around my intimate areas so decided to try out caspah and i am so far pleased with the results. The dark skin has lightened a bit and i have hope that i'll be able to reach my desired results!

GBI have been using Caspah lightning… I have been using Caspah lightning cream for about a week now and totally see a difference on the areas I wanted lighten i recommend 100% this is no joke!

GBno answer/ loading problems to contact their customer service I have tried to send their customer service an email the past 5 days. Every time there is loading issues when I try to send the email....go figure. There is no issues if I try to place another order though. This is on multiple computers I have tried to send this email to them to get this issue fixed. I had ordered the intimate cream and was sent the spot cream. On the email receipt and the one that was sent with my package it says "intimate." I just want to get this resolved and get the right item I ordered.

GBIt has not even been 2 weeks... It has not even been 2 weeks and I notice a significant difference in my skin. After I had a baby the skin in my genital area became really patchy and dark and now it almost looks my skin tone. I'm amazed! I'd recommend this product to anyone!

GBAwful, awful, awful! My experience with Caspah is similar to previous reviewer Sam's. I placed an order totaling $69.95 on 4/12/19, it is 4/23 and I have not received my order let alone a shipping conformation or tracking info outside of the initial confirmation email directly from Caspah (which means their "customer service" reps cannot accuse me of entering the wrong email address as an excuse). I researched Caspah and Amaira bleaching creams and chose Caspah because it seemed to be a better value, a decision I am sorely regretting. I have checked my email religiously during this time (both inbox and junk folders) and have received ZERO updates. I submitted two messages via the contact page of Caspah's website plus two emails to address provided in the confirmation email. I have checked their site countless times, hoping that the Live Chat would be available but unsurprisingly it is always offline. It was even more disheartening to see that Caspah can reply to reviews on Trustpilot but cannot communicate directly with customers. I would not be surprised to find that when or if I ever receive my product, it is as substandard and ineffective as their customer service. While reading the reviews on Truspilot I noticed that the Caspah reps respond glowingly to all five-star reviews yet are condescending and accusatory to customers when addressing critical reviews which has further reinforced my increasingly negative opinion of their company.
