no answer/ loading problems to contact their customer service I have tried to send their customer service an email the past 5 days. Every time there is loading issues when I try to send the email....go figure. There is no issues if I try to place another order though. This is on multiple computers I have tried to send this email to them to get this issue fixed. I had ordered the intimate cream and was sent the spot cream. On the email receipt and the one that was sent with my package it says "intimate." I just want to get this resolved and get the right item I ordered.

Do NOT buy! SKETCHY company! I bought this product because it promoted the fact that it didn't contain the same harsh chemicals that most lightening creams contain. Well, apparently that altered it's affects as well. I used exactly as directed, generously, for longer than the suggested 2 weeks, and there was absolutely no change. (I used the product on my under arms and my bum..) I was skeptical to begin with, because the site looked like a typical telemarketing website. I'm the kind of person who religiously reads reviews before investing in a product, and this product didn't seem to have a single bad review on any website. (Which is why I'm making such a point to tell people the truth!) Do yourself a favor, and don't spend the $40. You're better off wandering into your local drug store.. at least they supply legitimate products. Might I add, Caspah never sent me a confirmation/receipt via email. The only thing I received was an email from PayPal indicating that the purchase had been made.

Only Regret They cancelled my order suddenly, so soon after that, i contacted them by "contact us",and email address written on auto email from them and also replying the auto email ,but never answer .(paypal and US postal answered that contact the company directly). I tried to contact a person who had bought cream from this comapany 6years ago and she gave me secret? / active email address at 6yrs ago , so i tried to email just in case, then finally got reply 2weeks after i sent 1st inquiry email .(if she didnt give me the old email, i wouldnt be able to still get any contact from them.) Overall i had to pay for long paid-call to credit card company for investigating this company. Its Not trustful company at all evenif the products ship someday later. I wasted extra money and much much time for figuring out why my order was cancelled although they charged over 100 US dollars and i provided full home address. If you dont wanna feel exhausted and so stressed , better not to order . i have been waiting for items for about 1month , and keep wishing that items are commng soon. This is what actually happened . ive been diappointed . After writing this review when i gave up , they have emailed me for telling me edit this actual fact review although they didnt gave me when i wanted reply for a while . . They believe its just shipment problem and its all ok if i get them .They should realize the most problem is the customer service is too bad. I learnt from advice by professionals that Be careful every online comanies that dont provide phone number .

LOVE! Brown Spots are barely visible! This is the first product that I have used that finally diminished my brown spots! I had been using it on and off for a couple of weeks then one day I noticed they were lighter. So I decided to use it regularly and WOW I am astonished at the results! Works for scars I had a few accidents last year that left me with a few scars that, frankly, where just a bit too visible for my taste. After lots of internet research, I found this safe product that's easy to use at home. I am very pleased with the product.
