GBGreat products and friendly service I've always found the people at Caspah very easy to deal with. Always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have. Their products work well and aren't too expensive. Unfortunately, even with the best of companies, things go wrong sometimes. It looks like they've been having a few problems recently and now their website appears to be down. I hope they manage to sort things out.

CALove it !!!!!! I have just ordered my second round of the Caspah Intimate Lightening cream. I suffer with pigmentation in several areas and have tried several different products. My skin has definitely lightened and Caspah actually feels cool and soothing. I'm totally hooked because it works. Doing it from home saved me money and having the embarrassment of going into a salon for treatment. Thanks so much!!!

GBI have been using Caspah lightning… I have been using Caspah lightning cream for about a week now and totally see a difference on the areas I wanted lighten i recommend 100% this is no joke!

JPOnly Regret They cancelled my order suddenly, so soon after that, i contacted them by "contact us",and email address written on auto email from them and also replying the auto email ,but never answer .(paypal and US postal answered that contact the company directly). I tried to contact a person who had bought cream from this comapany 6years ago and she gave me secret? / active email address at 6yrs ago , so i tried to email just in case, then finally got reply 2weeks after i sent 1st inquiry email .(if she didnt give me the old email, i wouldnt be able to still get any contact from them.) Overall i had to pay for long paid-call to credit card company for investigating this company. Its Not trustful company at all evenif the products ship someday later. I wasted extra money and much much time for figuring out why my order was cancelled although they charged over 100 US dollars and i provided full home address. If you dont wanna feel exhausted and so stressed , better not to order . i have been waiting for items for about 1month , and keep wishing that items are commng soon. This is what actually happened . ive been diappointed . After writing this review when i gave up , they have emailed me for telling me edit this actual fact review although they didnt gave me when i wanted reply for a while . . They believe its just shipment problem and its all ok if i get them .They should realize the most problem is the customer service is too bad. I learnt from advice by professionals that Be careful every online comanies that dont provide phone number .

GBAwful, awful, awful! My experience with Caspah is similar to previous reviewer Sam's. I placed an order totaling $69.95 on 4/12/19, it is 4/23 and I have not received my order let alone a shipping conformation or tracking info outside of the initial confirmation email directly from Caspah (which means their "customer service" reps cannot accuse me of entering the wrong email address as an excuse). I researched Caspah and Amaira bleaching creams and chose Caspah because it seemed to be a better value, a decision I am sorely regretting. I have checked my email religiously during this time (both inbox and junk folders) and have received ZERO updates. I submitted two messages via the contact page of Caspah's website plus two emails to address provided in the confirmation email. I have checked their site countless times, hoping that the Live Chat would be available but unsurprisingly it is always offline. It was even more disheartening to see that Caspah can reply to reviews on Trustpilot but cannot communicate directly with customers. I would not be surprised to find that when or if I ever receive my product, it is as substandard and ineffective as their customer service. While reading the reviews on Truspilot I noticed that the Caspah reps respond glowingly to all five-star reviews yet are condescending and accusatory to customers when addressing critical reviews which has further reinforced my increasingly negative opinion of their company.
