Before I placed my order, I called a major, well-known company and when I asked them which ink cartridges are compatible with my printer, they asked me to Google it because they would have to do the same. When I provided Arianne the model number, she not only looked it up she provided me the number and quantity options. She also took the time to educate me on the difference between toner and ink-based printers. Then, when it came to taking my order, she was clear with her instructions and slowly repeated everything to ensure that everything was accurate. I understand that the next time I order it will probably be another representative, but you have a customer for life because she was so kind, professional and helpful. Thank you.
