TERRIBLE… TERRIBLE…. Ordered 2 toner cartridges…. Paid. Then they tell me they are out of stock. Loser company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible! Cartridge leaked, ruined my printer! Bought one of their remanufactured black cartridges for my Epson printer. Next day after installing it I discovered it had leaked all over the printer. Contacted their customer service who simply directed me to their useless troubleshooting website. Wouldn't even refund my purchase. Now it looks like I need to buy a new printer.
