Read the reviews - don't make the mistake I made I really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Echo what a lot of other people have said. Was a present for my niece - ordered 2 weeks before her birthday but the presents arrived well after her actual date. Arrived in two separate packages on different dates, poorly wrapped and the cheapest looking gifts i've ever seen. Ending up having to throw the cheap tat away and get something else. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! begrudge one star, they send item that did not work and wanted video to prove ( I do not have a video machine) which is totally a tactic to avoid refunding money. Item returned to address from whence it came, and signed for, but Buy Simple refused to acknowledge receipt and told PayPal that item must be returned to Buenos Aires! Ridiculous, as I am in England and item send to me from England. These are scammers, avoid them!

smartwatch +re is gps I bought a kids smartwatch + gps tracker that they advertised as being waterproof and shock resistant. First day of use my daughter play with water splashed the watch and the screen became sweated from inside. Emailed customer service, and more than a week later, because I chased a response, they've advised that because I received the watch on 27May and got in touch on 18Jun( day of my (daughter's b-day) the response was that because of the period I received they couldn't stablish if they watch had arrived with screen sweated or if it has been exposed to water. I went back to them with the advertising asking, if they were saying that the watch isn't waterproof, they've never responded. You need to charge it everyday as its not long lasting battery The GPS of the watch isn't accurate. It always gives you the wrong place at about 1km Also you can't leave a review on their website.
