Ordered 2 dog beds 4 weeks ago and they… Ordered 2 dog beds 4 weeks ago and they haven't arrived. Initially they replied to my emails then blanked me. I have now escalated it with pay pal. Really bad service. I would avoid. Update.... after a lot of emails I have finally been refunded my money. My emails began to get answered after involving Ebay. All sorted now. The one good thing is the person I dealt with was brill and did get it sorted. Still won't use again though. Better communication from them would help.

I stand corrected! NOT a scam! Though it was a very poor experience, RC car has finally arrived, not what I expected, packaged in polystyrene with no external box or instructions, very cheaply made in China, certainly not worth £63, bought an alternative from amazon for £106 and the difference between the two is astronomical, will not be dealing with this company again, BE CAREFUL if you intend to purchase.

Finally arrived Originally I posted that it was a scam as it took really long to arrive plus no replies from customer service. To my surprise they turned up the other day! Still a pretty shoddy experience.

SCAM SCAM. Avoid them at all costs It's funny how this company has time to report all their negative reviewers to Trust Pilot for allegedly "breaching guidelines", but yet have NO TIME to actually respond to the people that have paid them for products that HAVE NOT TURNED UP.
