DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! begrudge one star, they send item that did not work and wanted video to prove ( I do not have a video machine) which is totally a tactic to avoid refunding money. Item returned to address from whence it came, and signed for, but Buy Simple refused to acknowledge receipt and told PayPal that item must be returned to Buenos Aires! Ridiculous, as I am in England and item send to me from England. These are scammers, avoid them!

COMPLETE SCAM IT IS A SCAM - I ordered binoculars - weeks and weeks ago. No reply to emails, nothing - no support email address. Clearly their reviews are a hoax and because their website is fairly convincing they are getting away with criminal behaviour. DON't GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I have purchased an item about 8 days ago and i still haven’t received any information despite paying for delivery charges and sent 8 emails. They don’t seem to be based in the UK but does have a UK address on their website. Looks very suspicious but definitely poor service.

Not a scam, just slow service Hi guys after reading all the reviews on here I assumed it was a scam like everyone else mostly due to the lack of information. However, the day after a logged a dispute with my bank about this transaction - the resistance bands I ordered arrived. To be fair they seem a pretty good product for the price but have yet to stand the test of time. Feel a bit embarrassed assuming this was a scam and logging a complaint. JUST TO BE CLEAR THIS IS NOT A SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE JUST HAVING DELAYS DUE TO COVID 19. Although I agree the poor communication was not excusable so I will give them a 3.
