Absolutely rubbish do not buy from… Absolutely rubbish do not buy from theese con artist I received a product that I paid 180 pound for honestly it looks like it’s worth 5 pounds I wasn’t able to get a refund because the item wasn’t damaged .. for that money you should have the option to return if your not satisfied but this doesn’t come under there returns policy absolute scam

SHOCKING SHOCKING! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! begrudge one star, they send item that did not work and wanted video to prove ( I do not have a video machine) which is totally a tactic to avoid refunding money. Item returned to address from whence it came, and signed for, but Buy Simple refused to acknowledge receipt and told PayPal that item must be returned to Buenos Aires! Ridiculous, as I am in England and item send to me from England. These are scammers, avoid them!

smartwatch +re is gps I bought a kids smartwatch + gps tracker that they advertised as being waterproof and shock resistant. First day of use my daughter play with water splashed the watch and the screen became sweated from inside. Emailed customer service, and more than a week later, because I chased a response, they've advised that because I received the watch on 27May and got in touch on 18Jun( day of my (daughter's b-day) the response was that because of the period I received they couldn't stablish if they watch had arrived with screen sweated or if it has been exposed to water. I went back to them with the advertising asking, if they were saying that the watch isn't waterproof, they've never responded. You need to charge it everyday as its not long lasting battery The GPS of the watch isn't accurate. It always gives you the wrong place at about 1km Also you can't leave a review on their website.

Finally arrived Originally I posted that it was a scam as it took really long to arrive plus no replies from customer service. To my surprise they turned up the other day! Still a pretty shoddy experience.

I wish I did not have to give a star… I wish I did not have to give a star even one is good not sure where my last review went but I posted a week ago awaiting on product to arrive order early for a birthday present never arrived... there don’t answer emails back to you TOTAL SCAMMERS stay away. In the hands of PayPal I will place a review every week till I get refund. Please stay away from this shocking company that claims be UK base but import goods aboard which can get half the price
