USNo Even Exchanges They do not allow exchanges. What company doesn’t do an even exchange in 2024?!? I won’t buy from them ever again. Getting a refund takes forever and even if you pay for the insurance so you get a free return label you still have to package it to return and bring it to FedEx. Too much of a hassle. The return envelope should be included when you pay for it.

USNo offense to everyone here but it… No offense to everyone here but it doesn't hurt to do a little more research when you're spending money on something online. Always check socials, their updates, maybe YouTube reviews, etc. Anything that possibly legitimizes their business. It took me a minute to go to their Instagram and see their announcement that a fake website is using their name and double-check the link as they stated. Legit one is just Limelush, NOT Lime-Lush-Boutique in the URL. I ordered on January 21st, the item was shipped on January 23rd, received my item on January 26th. Items were just as described and pictured and the quality was just fine. No problems whatsoever. It's hard for me to grasp how so many people here failed to do their due diligence and blame the company for it. 5 stars, cute clothes, simple shopping. That's literally it.

USDo Not Buy from!! Huge scam!!!! I have been fighting with this company since November. Same experience. Tracking says delivered. Offered to resend with signature. Again says delivered but did not receive. Says there are problems with delivery in my area. Never had any problems ever. Huge Scam!!!!

USSame experience as everyone else here Same experience as everyone else here. Tracking said it was delivered, but it wasn't. Contacted company, they offered to resend package with a signature. Still no package, but Tracking says delivered again. One excuse after another from company, refusing to refund. Scammed.

USYou will never receive your order Never received the first package that was "delivered". When I contacted customer service they said they would resend with a required signature. The tracking number they gave the second time never even populated with any tracking info. Placed a chargeback with my bank.
