READ BOTTOM OF REVIEW I ordered 3 pairs of $8 jeans despite the bad reviews.. well lesson learned. It took an entire month for my package to finally say it was “delivered” and yet, I still never received it. Contacted customer service and they spewed a bunch of bull about “maybe your neighbors have it” so I said they don’t. Then they tell me they can “offer me a 60% refund” so I inform them I’ll be writing a bad review for them and 3 seconds (literally) later they emailed again saying they “applied to their superiors” and were “able to get me a 90% refund” … interesting how they talked to their superiors so fast. Anyway I’m taking the 90% refund and learning a lesson. Don’t buy from here. So I’m just learning that I bought from LimeLush-Boutique, which is the scam website based off the real LimeLush. So I will leave my review to warn people, but change the rating since I had the wrong site.

No offense to everyone here but it… No offense to everyone here but it doesn't hurt to do a little more research when you're spending money on something online. Always check socials, their updates, maybe YouTube reviews, etc. Anything that possibly legitimizes their business. It took me a minute to go to their Instagram and see their announcement that a fake website is using their name and double-check the link as they stated. Legit one is just Limelush, NOT Lime-Lush-Boutique in the URL. I ordered on January 21st, the item was shipped on January 23rd, received my item on January 26th. Items were just as described and pictured and the quality was just fine. No problems whatsoever. It's hard for me to grasp how so many people here failed to do their due diligence and blame the company for it. 5 stars, cute clothes, simple shopping. That's literally it.

I would leave 0 stars if possible I… I would leave 0 stars if possible I placed an order in November and have yet to receive anything contacted customer service multiple times and it's been excuse after excuse! They said they would ship me a replacement order got an email that it was delivered again and still no package! Do not use this site if it seems to good to be true it is!

Ordered on 11/27/23 Ordered on 11/27/23. Received tracking info. Package says it’s delivered but it’s not here. Contacted the company several times with no response. I somehow must’ve contacted the actual company through all my attempts because I got an email back says based on similar reports, I likely ordered from a site pretending to be Lime Lush. I have reported to my credit card company.

Scam!!! Scam!!!! I ordered jeans on November 17th, 2023 and never received them. Their trackingstated they were deliveredon December21st, 2023 but I was home all day and never received any packages. They offered to send a replacement on December 27th, 2023 and asked if I would be willing to sign for it...I said absolutely!! They "sent a new package" and when I requested the tracking number they wouldn't give it to me, just sent me a screenshot of tracking saying it was delivered. I asked for proof of delivery, since I was supposed to sign for it. They wouldn't provide it and immediately offered a refund on January 14th, 2024. it is now March 1st and I still have no refund, even after contacting them many times and being assured "it is on its way!" every time time!!!! Not sure how these websites are allowed to continue!!
