Ordered on 11/27/23 Ordered on 11/27/23. Received tracking info. Package says it’s delivered but it’s not here. Contacted the company several times with no response. I somehow must’ve contacted the actual company through all my attempts because I got an email back says based on similar reports, I likely ordered from a site pretending to be Lime Lush. I have reported to my credit card company.

Do NOT order from this company!!! Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order. Never received it. They re-shipped it and I never received it. They stated that they refunded a partial refund which I never received. TOTAL SCAM!! I have emails to prove it. I have been dealing with this issue since January 2024.

No Even Exchanges They do not allow exchanges. What company doesn’t do an even exchange in 2024?!? I won’t buy from them ever again. Getting a refund takes forever and even if you pay for the insurance so you get a free return label you still have to package it to return and bring it to FedEx. Too much of a hassle. The return envelope should be included when you pay for it.

This place is a scam!!!!! I had the same exact issue as everyone else! Ordered, never received, sent again, still nothing only to be offered partial refund!!!!!! These people need to be shut down!!!!!!!

Still no package, but Tracking says delivered again. One excuse after another from company, refusing to refund. Scammed.
