True Professionals! Firstly I would like to thank my project manager Edward and his team for going above and beyond. This was my first time getting a logo made from these guys and they did not disappoint. From the beginning to the end any questions and concerns were answered right away, the work was true quality, and I felt like they truly cared about my project as if were their own. Excellent place for new businesses I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team at Design Proficient helped me understand the process and guided me professionally in designing my logo and other brandings. Great work & end-product; Poor communicators They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.
