True Professionals! Firstly I would like to thank my project manager Edward and his team for going above and beyond. This was my first time getting a logo made from these guys and they did not disappoint. From the beginning to the end any questions and concerns were answered right away, the work was true quality, and I felt like they truly cared about my project as if were their own. Great work & end-product; Poor communicators They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.

They stole $1,900 from me They stole $1,900 from me. Sold me a custom website on a shared server, plus a trademark and all the graphics for my business cards and stationary. I never got the stationary or business cards. They never built anything custom at all but slammed together a copied site they reuse again and again for everyone. They refused to refund my money and then demanded an increased monthly amount because suddenly they did not have shared servers anymore and wanted to manage my SEO, which I don't want or need. I approached them again about building any website at all and they never contacted me back and refuse to take my calls. Still no refund. I don't think they are an American company (or British) because once my site builder called me without his British accent and another time called me from a number from China.
