This was my first time getting a logo made from these guys and they did not disappoint. They stole $1,900 from me They stole $1,900 from me. Sold me a custom website on a shared server, plus a trademark and all the graphics for my business cards and stationary. I never got the stationary or business cards. They never built anything custom at all but slammed together a copied site they reuse again and again for everyone. They refused to refund my money and then demanded an increased monthly amount because suddenly they did not have shared servers anymore and wanted to manage my SEO, which I don't want or need. I approached them again about building any website at all and they never contacted me back and refuse to take my calls. Still no refund. I don't think they are an American company (or British) because once my site builder called me without his British accent and another time called me from a number from China.
