Excellent place for new businesses I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team at Design Proficient helped me understand the process and guided me professionally in designing my logo and other brandings. Every member of the team was helpful and proficient (just like their name) in making my experience amazing. Specially I would give a shout out to Tyler who helped me in picking the right options and expedited my work to meet my deadlines. Very happy with the end result. Highly Recommended!!

Buyer beware Buyer beware! We have been dealing with this company since 2019 and still do not have a working website. we have paid thousands of dollars, some without our permission (do not give them your credit card information) they will keep tapping it without notice. We have been trying to contact them for three weeks now using emails and phone calls without success. Our site is still not completed after a full year and now they are no ware to be found. Incredibly sad situation and thousands of dollars gone down the drain. Calling the proper authorities to log a complaint. Credit card company also sending in their investigation team and flagging them so they can no longer accept credit cards.

Great work & end-product; Poor communicators They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.

Please don't make the same mistake that… Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They promised to finish designing my website in 3 weeks. We went back and forth because they made so many critical mistakes and errors. The project is at the mark of almost 4 months but they decided to take off and never refund me the money. BE CAREFUL and DONT BELIEVE the good reviews.

They Take The Money and Run!!! Spent over a grand for logo design and website and received ZERO Services!!! This company is a scam! I had 2 different project managers. The last one told me I would need to give them more money to "restart the project". The salesperson that sold me the package quit the company. I even tried to reach the president and CEO of the company in hopes of getting something done. NONE of my emails or phone calls were returned. Don't be fooled into believing these FALSE and misleading glowing reviews. These guys will take your money and run!!!
