They stole $1,900 from me They stole $1,900 from me. Sold me a custom website on a shared server, plus a trademark and all the graphics for my business cards and stationary. I never got the stationary or business cards. They never built anything custom at all but slammed together a copied site they reuse again and again for everyone. They refused to refund my money and then demanded an increased monthly amount because suddenly they did not have shared servers anymore and wanted to manage my SEO, which I don't want or need. I approached them again about building any website at all and they never contacted me back and refuse to take my calls. Still no refund. I don't think they are an American company (or British) because once my site builder called me without his British accent and another time called me from a number from China.

We went back and forth because they made so many critical mistakes and errors. The project is at the mark of almost 4 months but they decided to take off and never refund me the money. BE CAREFUL and DONT BELIEVE the good reviews.

Excellent place for new businesses I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team at Design Proficient helped me understand the process and guided me professionally in designing my logo and other brandings.
