Excellent place for new businesses I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team at Design Proficient helped me understand the process and guided me professionally in designing my logo and other brandings. Every member of the team was helpful and proficient (just like their name) in making my experience amazing. This company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent. Paid in full, and became another victim. Their technique is to actually begin to work with you and gain your trust. Then when you ask for what you paid for - your website, they disappear. Don't believe anything they say, don't give them any money, probably a good idea to call the police as soon as possible to get anything back that you can. STAY AWAY

Please don't make the same mistake that… Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They promised to finish designing my website in 3 weeks. We went back and forth because they made so many critical mistakes and errors. The project is at the mark of almost 4 months but they decided to take off and never refund me the money. BE CAREFUL and DONT BELIEVE the good reviews.

We feel this company is extremely… We feel this company is extremely shady. They make many promises and deliver on none. They will tell you they will charge you once and then they will keep coming back for large sums of money all the while tying up your website and domain. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as numerous complaints filed against them. I wish our company had checked them out completely before we used them.

Great work & end-product; Poor communicators They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.
