Excellent place for new businesses I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team at Design Proficient helped me understand the process and guided me professionally in designing my logo and other brandings. Every member of the team was helpful and proficient (just like their name) in making my experience amazing. I recommend this company, hands-down! I am currently working with Jay Anderson and Tim Koch on the design of our new business logo. They have been totally awesome! The team will continue to work the design until you are 100% satisfied - no complaints whatsoever. After working up the first five or so design options you give your feedback on what you like and what you don't like, as well as suggestions of what you would like to see on the revisions. They have totally understood my feedback and are currently working on the third revision. I would recommend this company, hands-down!

We feel this company is extremely… We feel this company is extremely shady. They make many promises and deliver on none. They will tell you they will charge you once and then they will keep coming back for large sums of money all the while tying up your website and domain. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as numerous complaints filed against them. I wish our company had checked them out completely before we used them.
