Overall a good experience! Initial process was a bit slow, maybe a better diagnose from the beggining would greatly help, as initial logo concepts were very poorly made. Following design was good and I'm satisfied with it, response was good and swift from assigned team. I felt a bit surprised by additional charges for elements that were included, please be clear!

I recommend this company, hands-down! I am currently working with Jay Anderson and Tim Koch on the design of our new business logo. They have been totally awesome! The team will continue to work the design until you are 100% satisfied - no complaints whatsoever. After working up the first five or so design options you give your feedback on what you like and what you don't like, as well as suggestions of what you would like to see on the revisions. They have totally understood my feedback and are currently working on the third revision. I would recommend this company, hands-down!

Please don't make the same mistake that… Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They promised to finish designing my website in 3 weeks. We went back and forth because they made so many critical mistakes and errors. The project is at the mark of almost 4 months but they decided to take off and never refund me the money. BE CAREFUL and DONT BELIEVE the good reviews.

Beware - Very Unethical Company. This company is the worst of the worst. I hired them in 2020 to build a website for me and paid for lifetime web hosting. Fast forward to 2023 I can not access the backend of my website because they stated it is not DMCA Compliant and wanted to charge me $1700 and basically held my website hostage, feels like extortion. I asked for proof of this and they sent me a manufactured screenshot of the Google Search Console but when I logged in myself there were no security issues. Beware, very unethical company.

Well if you need a logo prepare to pay… Well if you need a logo prepare to pay additional fees, they wont give you creative rights over the logo you just paid unless you paid them additional fees for trademark registration. IN this case we have a lawyer we work with and when we ask for the logo the have just created we cant use it unless we take their services. So unless you want to pay way more than expected I would suggest you go to any other freelance website and get it done by someone not this guys. to justify their outrageous claims they sent me a 370 pages document about U.S trademark law. c'mon just common sense. STAY AWAY
