Well if you need a logo prepare to pay… Well if you need a logo prepare to pay additional fees, they wont give you creative rights over the logo you just paid unless you paid them additional fees for trademark registration. IN this case we have a lawyer we work with and when we ask for the logo the have just created we cant use it unless we take their services. So unless you want to pay way more than expected I would suggest you go to any other freelance website and get it done by someone not this guys. to justify their outrageous claims they sent me a 370 pages document about U.S trademark law. c'mon just common sense. STAY AWAY

We feel this company is extremely… We feel this company is extremely shady. They make many promises and deliver on none. They will tell you they will charge you once and then they will keep coming back for large sums of money all the while tying up your website and domain. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as numerous complaints filed against them. I wish our company had checked them out completely before we used them.

They stole $1,900 from me They stole $1,900 from me. Sold me a custom website on a shared server, plus a trademark and all the graphics for my business cards and stationary. I never got the stationary or business cards. They never built anything custom at all but slammed together a copied site they reuse again and again for everyone. They refused to refund my money and then demanded an increased monthly amount because suddenly they did not have shared servers anymore and wanted to manage my SEO, which I don't want or need. I approached them again about building any website at all and they never contacted me back and refuse to take my calls. Still no refund. I don't think they are an American company (or British) because once my site builder called me without his British accent and another time called me from a number from China.

True Professionals! Firstly I would like to thank my project manager Edward and his team for going above and beyond. This was my first time getting a logo made from these guys and they did not disappoint. From the beginning to the end any questions and concerns were answered right away, the work was true quality, and I felt like they truly cared about my project as if were their own. I would highly recommend design proficient, speak to Edward for A+ service, there are some true professionals working over there and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

This company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent. Paid in full, and became another victim. Their technique is to actually begin to work with you and gain your trust. Then when you ask for what you paid for - your website, they disappear. Don't believe anything they say, don't give them any money, probably a good idea to call the police as soon as possible to get anything back that you can. STAY AWAY
