They stole $1,900 from me They stole $1,900 from me. Sold me a custom website on a shared server, plus a trademark and all the graphics for my business cards and stationary. I never got the stationary or business cards. They never built anything custom at all but slammed together a copied site they reuse again and again for everyone. They refused to refund my money and then demanded an increased monthly amount because suddenly they did not have shared servers anymore and wanted to manage my SEO, which I don't want or need. I approached them again about building any website at all and they never contacted me back and refuse to take my calls. Still no refund. I don't think they are an American company (or British) because once my site builder called me without his British accent and another time called me from a number from China.

We feel this company is extremely… We feel this company is extremely shady. They make many promises and deliver on none. They will tell you they will charge you once and then they will keep coming back for large sums of money all the while tying up your website and domain. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as numerous complaints filed against them. I wish our company had checked them out completely before we used them.

I recommend this company, hands-down! I am currently working with Jay Anderson and Tim Koch on the design of our new business logo. They have been totally awesome! The team will continue to work the design until you are 100% satisfied - no complaints whatsoever. After working up the first five or so design options you give your feedback on what you like and what you don't like, as well as suggestions of what you would like to see on the revisions. They have totally understood my feedback and are currently working on the third revision. I would recommend this company, hands-down!

Excellent place for new businesses I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team at Design Proficient helped me understand the process and guided me professionally in designing my logo and other brandings. Every member of the team was helpful and proficient (just like their name) in making my experience amazing. Buyer beware Buyer beware! We have been dealing with this company since 2019 and still do not have a working website. we have paid thousands of dollars, some without our permission (do not give them your credit card information) they will keep tapping it without notice. We have been trying to contact them for three weeks now using emails and phone calls without success. Our site is still not completed after a full year and now they are no ware to be found. Incredibly sad situation and thousands of dollars gone down the drain. Calling the proper authorities to log a complaint. Credit card company also sending in their investigation team and flagging them so they can no longer accept credit cards.
