Beware - Very Unethical Company. This company is the worst of the worst. I hired them in 2020 to build a website for me and paid for lifetime web hosting. Fast forward to 2023 I can not access the backend of my website because they stated it is not DMCA Compliant and wanted to charge me $1700 and basically held my website hostage, feels like extortion. I asked for proof of this and they sent me a manufactured screenshot of the Google Search Console but when I logged in myself there were no security issues. Beware, very unethical company.

Outstanding service This was the second time we have used Design Proficient services for our company needs. They have done an excellent job again. George Clapton and Harry Anderson proved themselves as true professionals, who care about their clients and their needs in quality and timely manner. Great job!

Great work & end-product; Poor communicators They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.
