MXOverall a good experience! Initial process was a bit slow, maybe a better diagnose from the beggining would greatly help, as initial logo concepts were very poorly made. Following design was good and I'm satisfied with it, response was good and swift from assigned team. I felt a bit surprised by additional charges for elements that were included, please be clear!

GBBuyer beware Buyer beware! We have been dealing with this company since 2019 and still do not have a working website. we have paid thousands of dollars, some without our permission (do not give them your credit card information) they will keep tapping it without notice. We have been trying to contact them for three weeks now using emails and phone calls without success. Our site is still not completed after a full year and now they are no ware to be found. Incredibly sad situation and thousands of dollars gone down the drain. Calling the proper authorities to log a complaint. Credit card company also sending in their investigation team and flagging them so they can no longer accept credit cards.

GBPlease don't make the same mistake that… Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They promised to finish designing my website in 3 weeks. We went back and forth because they made so many critical mistakes and errors. The project is at the mark of almost 4 months but they decided to take off and never refund me the money. BE CAREFUL and DONT BELIEVE the good reviews.

GBGreat work & end-product; Poor communicators They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.
