Simplifying My Design Work Across Europe and Asia I have bought several AI writing tool but SIMPLIFIED made my marketing work simpler as it very fast became my 1 stop solution for my social media marketing collaterals. From rewording my blog posts, to my ads, to my photo captions and even my regular articles and posts, the AI writer does its work well. That’s not all, its AI graphics tool works like having an additional designer on board to help work through my designs. This is like having the hybrid baby of photoshop or canva and an AI writer. Best of both worlds in 1 single tool. Best part is, the collaborative element of the tool allows my team which currently sits across Europe and Asia work powerfully hand in hand to manage and design my marketing collaterals.

UI/UX is Really User Friendly for a new user First of all UI/UX is Simple And Clean. It's Not Complex for a new user. I've Bought this tool Specifically for Writing AI Content and It's Amazing So Far. But its needs improvement in Product Review Copywriting. Had few Interactions with Customer Support. They will respond to you but it takes some time. Response rate needs Improvement. Constantly they are adding new features/updates etc. I believe they will improve over time.

Incompetent service Incompetent service, refund request on the day of the debit and cancellation on the same day on the account. A very long response from their customer service to finally tell me that the refund is not possible! Avoid this site.

Before wasting your precious time… Before wasting your precious time trying to use this beta platform try making a video with AI and then try to edit the voiceover. After you’ve tried their help files you’ll realise it’s just a wish list of what it should do. Then you can try the arrogant inept chat line. if you can wait the 2 hours their 10 minute promise takes you’ll be blasted away by the arrogance of the person there who will do anything but admit it can’t be worked. If you are still tempted by the price try asking where you can see a list of all the extra charges. It’s like a slot machine constantly telling you to add more credit for each feature. No they won’t tell you and will even lie and say it’s all on the pricing page but it isn’t. Learn the lesson before they parasitise a whole day of your time for nothing. Poor people pay twice! Pay the extra few dollars a month and buy a product that works, has support and comes from a team that has some pride in their work.

The app is almost great, but then scammed too The app is almost great, but then you can’t see the size of fonts and a few other simple things you can’t do in (not so)Simplified. So as great as the app is, it's frustrating you can’t do some simple things. The biggest gripe is that I clicked on the 7 day trial and got charger £15!!. Expensive also, yes the app is great but you can't do certain things in Simplified that you can in cheaper and simpler app. Personally I’m sticking with Canva, much more simplified than Simplified all round: app, trial and pricing. I suggest Simplified change their name to Complexified. Requested refund from Apple and this was declined. Strangely got two subscriptions from Simplified one free and then one at the same time for £15. My advise would to not take up Simplified’s free trial as they’ll charge you for a free trial.
