This is the worst app with a bunch of… This is the worst app with a bunch of bugs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't even respond emails. I sent multiple emails requesting my refund because i cancelled the subscription the next day I signed up due to bugs and poor performance and they never responded. I contacted through chat as well with someone named Laila who said she will get back to me but never did. I keep sending her texts and I can see she reads them but never responds. Please use CANVA instead!! Better features, user friendly, cheaper and great customer service.

Normally I use to do the image editing using Canva but the variety is sometimes not what I looking for! But Simplified is a more beautiful design and minimalize concept which I help it and the pre-copywriting is nice for me! I can modify it from there! The function/feature tool is just completed. The most important is fast to get the output I want. Besides that, there are much more sub product integrate with it (content rewriter, youtube video description, Facebook ad headlines, Blog ideas, Persuavie bullet points, Product description, Social Media Quotes, SEO - explain a concept to my three year old ). The personal helpdesk chat responds quite fast in a minute, even it mentioned few hours will get a reply! Yes. More to explore! It is a user-friendly simplified tool for digital marketers now. So far so good as I explore and use it for my content creation in social media and websites. Perhaps localize image or vector image in Asian element may need to add more will be great!
