Customer Service is A+++ Been using the site for a couple of months. Some great sellers on there and its been a great experience. Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. Big shout out to Agota and the CGTrader team and the fantastic job they doing even through the current pandemic.

Great job! For the very first time I bought a 3D object: I found a great object for my quite particular requirements at CGTrader. Because I'm new in the 3D object business I had some self-inflicted technical problems. The team of CGTraders seriously cares a lot for the customers. i hate cg trader i hate cg trader. keeps declining my payments to the designer due to suspected fraud. the only way to contact them is through email. they may get back to me in 3 to 5 days. once this project is finished i won't be hiring any more designers through though cg trader. have had enough of this crap.
