Horrible...horrible experience Horrible...horrible experience. never again will I buy a 3d model from these clowns. Merchant claimed file supported a certain format/editor and got the downloads..what a surprise! not even close to being usable. Submitted a claim for refund and no can do. I'm now out over $100! Buyers beware of these scam artists. Filed a credit card chargeback and hoping for the best.

Customer Service is A+++ Been using the site for a couple of months. Some great sellers on there and its been a great experience. Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. Big shout out to Agota and the CGTrader team and the fantastic job they doing even through the current pandemic.

It has become the worst platform for… It has become the worst platform for selling 3D models ever. Profits are paid late and irregularly. The new payment system is disgusting and very bad. I no longer sell anything I design on this platform.

Bought something that had Low Poly… Bought something that had Low Poly written all over it, showed no details of how many verts/polys or triangles. I fought the purchase cause it was 140k on all three. That isn't low poly in the slightest, and CGTrader took their side. Great job highway robbing people with misleading text and info yet claiming wire should tell me all I need, I'm not counting all the polys myself it should be in the info PERIOD.

Brilliant service as always Brilliant service as always. The CGT team answers almost immediately every time I've had reason to contact them and have so far never failed to fix my problem. This time it was a negative review left by a 3D print user that hadn't bothered to read the model description or contact me before leaving the review. Sorted within the hour. Thanks CGT!
