USThought I was buying a device at a good… Thought I was buying a device at a good price. Five days later they emailed me and said they cancelled my order because they accidentally were advertising a price that was too low.

USCustomer service has been poor Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number. Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.

USI purchased TMU printers on website but… I purchased TMU printers on website but filling wrong shipping zip code.I contacted the customer service and Brendan, customer care rep, gave me a quick help by contacting the UPS shipping manager directly multiple times to correct my wrong address until resolving it. I receive my purchase next day as promised. I absolutely recommend this web site to my friends and neighbors if they want to buy printers. Thank you

USI was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. USAddress on my shipment was incorrect Address on my shipment was incorrect. Because of this, Fedex delivered my equipment 2 days later than I should have received it. The boxes were badly damaged, some of the parts were missing and also damaged.
