Customer service has been poor Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number. Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.

I bought a TC51 scanner a day later I… I bought a TC51 scanner a day later I got an email saying it was out of stock. I'm hoping that I either get the scanner or get a refund. Edit: it gets worse the order canceled and yesterday I was charged again. I guess I'm going to have to dispute

Impeccable Purchase Experience I thought I may have trouble with my purchase because we are an ".edu" domain that is tax exempt. To my pleasant surprise, your online purchasing process, email and verbal communication is stunning, impeccable and 100% fantastic!! No "Order Status" feature Online ordering doesn't offer "order status" featuring. Most recent order didn't include tracking and was a drop shipment making it difficult to know if the order was delivered. The customer service was OK, however it was again difficult to get order status or tracking until after the order was delivered. Tried using the "CHAT" feature and there was never anyone who responded to that. There's no feature to set up online accounts so you can track past orders and reorder again.

Excellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. Overall extremely helpful and a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone ever looking to get scanner guns for the first time or as replacements.
