That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.

GBAddress on my shipment was incorrect Address on my shipment was incorrect. Because of this, Fedex delivered my equipment 2 days later than I should have received it. The boxes were badly damaged, some of the parts were missing and also damaged.

GBNeeded a new scanner for my POS system Needed a new scanner for my POS system. Chatted with rep and they recommended one that was a direct replacement. After receiving scanner it didn't work and would need to be programmed. Chatted with rep again and they wouldn't tell me how to program unless I paid the yearly tech support fee. Eventually figured it myself. Programming takes about 5 seconds. Would've been nice to just give me that info since I bought the scanner from them.

GBUnfortunately not a good experience Unfortunately not a good experience. Items arrived very quick. Problem is one of the items ordered wasn’t even close to as pictured in the items description. It’s a completely different item.

GBBad Experience Bad Experience never recommend this seller. Sale product, charge my credit card and say for estimate delivery in 1 month. If you don't have the product don't list the product. LOST MY TIME.
