He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.

GBNeeded a new scanner for my POS system Needed a new scanner for my POS system. Chatted with rep and they recommended one that was a direct replacement. After receiving scanner it didn't work and would need to be programmed. Chatted with rep again and they wouldn't tell me how to program unless I paid the yearly tech support fee. Eventually figured it myself. Programming takes about 5 seconds. Would've been nice to just give me that info since I bought the scanner from them.
