GBMeh.... Products are as advertised and they often have things I can't find anywhere else. It was upsetting that I couldn't get my web order to process and when I called to order they charged more than what I would've paid online!

GBThe printer never worked for more than… The printer never worked for more than 1 hour at a time. After spending 3 days on the phone with the manufacturer they told to call where I bought from for a replacement. Barcode Giant wanted to call the manufacturer again to issue a claim number. Then they said the have to charge for a second printer if I wanted a replacement and they will credit me after 15 days they receive the defective one. I have never heard anything like that ever.

GBCustomer service has been poor Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number. Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.

GBVery bad experience Very bad experience, charged me for 6 rolls of paper instead of 6 cases. They were 6 times as expensive as another online store I usually deal with, then wouldn’t even send me an email to send the product back! Horrible customer service and really just a bad company to buy from. They tricked me into thinking I was buying in bulk

GBNo "Order Status" feature Online ordering doesn't offer "order status" featuring. Most recent order didn't include tracking and was a drop shipment making it difficult to know if the order was delivered. The customer service was OK, however it was again difficult to get order status or tracking until after the order was delivered. Tried using the "CHAT" feature and there was never anyone who responded to that. There's no feature to set up online accounts so you can track past orders and reorder again.
