That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.

No "Order Status" feature Online ordering doesn't offer "order status" featuring. Most recent order didn't include tracking and was a drop shipment making it difficult to know if the order was delivered. The customer service was OK, however it was again difficult to get order status or tracking until after the order was delivered. Tried using the "CHAT" feature and there was never anyone who responded to that. There's no feature to set up online accounts so you can track past orders and reorder again.

Worth My Time I received what I ordered (a holster for my Honeywell scanner), sooner than expected. I understand that shipping times can vary based on many circumstances, but it is still much appreciated to receive something sooner than later. Also, Barcode Giant's price was the cheapest out of 3 or 4 other sellers. This was worth my time.

I was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. Now my go-to site for RFID gear. I have purchased from Barcode Giant twice now. I called to talk to a real person before my first purchase and they were great. While they are an e-commerce site and not necessarily setup as a live phone agent type operation, dropping thousands on RFID equipment can be scary from a relatively unknown site. Talking to someone was the only way I was comfortable with my initial purchase, so I would highly recommend this route if you have the same concerns. My second purchase I just went with a regular online order. Both orders were fine, no problems. I received the gear quickly and exactly as ordered, and for a lower price than I found anywhere else.
