I ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode… I ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode Giant. They sent me printer but it is malfunctioned. I contact technical department to fix it and they couldn't fix it. They ask me to return the item so they can send me new one. So I did send them back. But they never send me new one and I request them to return money and the refused it.

Needed a new scanner for my POS system Needed a new scanner for my POS system. Chatted with rep and they recommended one that was a direct replacement. After receiving scanner it didn't work and would need to be programmed. Chatted with rep again and they wouldn't tell me how to program unless I paid the yearly tech support fee. Eventually figured it myself. Programming takes about 5 seconds. Would've been nice to just give me that info since I bought the scanner from them.

Now my go-to site for RFID gear. I have purchased from Barcode Giant twice now. I called to talk to a real person before my first purchase and they were great. While they are an e-commerce site and not necessarily setup as a live phone agent type operation, dropping thousands on RFID equipment can be scary from a relatively unknown site. Talking to someone was the only way I was comfortable with my initial purchase, so I would highly recommend this route if you have the same concerns. My second purchase I just went with a regular online order. Both orders were fine, no problems. I received the gear quickly and exactly as ordered, and for a lower price than I found anywhere else.

Excellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering.
