That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.

Now my go-to site for RFID gear. I have purchased from Barcode Giant twice now. I called to talk to a real person before my first purchase and they were great. While they are an e-commerce site and not necessarily setup as a live phone agent type operation, dropping thousands on RFID equipment can be scary from a relatively unknown site. Talking to someone was the only way I was comfortable with my initial purchase, so I would highly recommend this route if you have the same concerns. My second purchase I just went with a regular online order. Both orders were fine, no problems. I received the gear quickly and exactly as ordered, and for a lower price than I found anywhere else.

Impeccable Purchase Experience I thought I may have trouble with my purchase because we are an ".edu" domain that is tax exempt. The printer never worked for more than… The printer never worked for more than 1 hour at a time. After spending 3 days on the phone with the manufacturer they told to call where I bought from for a replacement. Barcode Giant wanted to call the manufacturer again to issue a claim number. Then they said the have to charge for a second printer if I wanted a replacement and they will credit me after 15 days they receive the defective one. I have never heard anything like that ever.

Bad Experience Bad Experience never recommend this seller. Sale product, charge my credit card and say for estimate delivery in 1 month. If you don't have the product don't list the product. LOST MY TIME.
