Thought I was buying a device at a good… Thought I was buying a device at a good price. Five days later they emailed me and said they cancelled my order because they accidentally were advertising a price that was too low.

I was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. My customer was unhappy and I was disappointed Perry Prasad

Long Term Relationship with my Barcode guys... These guys are great! They have fantastic pre-sales engineers to help you get the right product for your application. That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.

I ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode… I ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode Giant. They sent me printer but it is malfunctioned. I contact technical department to fix it and they couldn't fix it. They ask me to return the item so they can send me new one. So I did send them back. But they never send me new one and I request them to return money and the refused it.

Customer service has been poor Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number. Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.
