They ask me to return the item so they can send me new one. So I did send them back. But they never send me new one and I request them to return money and the refused it.

Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.
