That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.

GBI ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode… I ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode Giant. They sent me printer but it is malfunctioned. I contact technical department to fix it and they couldn't fix it. They ask me to return the item so they can send me new one. So I did send them back. But they never send me new one and I request them to return money and the refused it.

GBExcellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. Overall extremely helpful and a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone ever looking to get scanner guns for the first time or as replacements.

GBVery bad experience Very bad experience, charged me for 6 rolls of paper instead of 6 cases. They were 6 times as expensive as another online store I usually deal with, then wouldn’t even send me an email to send the product back! Horrible customer service and really just a bad company to buy from. They tricked me into thinking I was buying in bulk
