Thought I was buying a device at a good… Thought I was buying a device at a good price. Five days later they emailed me and said they cancelled my order because they accidentally were advertising a price that was too low.

After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. Address on my shipment was incorrect Address on my shipment was incorrect. Because of this, Fedex delivered my equipment 2 days later than I should have received it. The boxes were badly damaged, some of the parts were missing and also damaged.

Very bad experience Very bad experience, charged me for 6 rolls of paper instead of 6 cases. They were 6 times as expensive as another online store I usually deal with, then wouldn’t even send me an email to send the product back! Horrible customer service and really just a bad company to buy from. They tricked me into thinking I was buying in bulk
