Excellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. Overall extremely helpful and a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone ever looking to get scanner guns for the first time or as replacements.

Worth My Time I received what I ordered (a holster for my Honeywell scanner), sooner than expected. I understand that shipping times can vary based on many circumstances, but it is still much appreciated to receive something sooner than later. Also, Barcode Giant's price was the cheapest out of 3 or 4 other sellers. This was worth my time.

Now my go-to site for RFID gear. I have purchased from Barcode Giant twice now. I called to talk to a real person before my first purchase and they were great. While they are an e-commerce site and not necessarily setup as a live phone agent type operation, dropping thousands on RFID equipment can be scary from a relatively unknown site. Talking to someone was the only way I was comfortable with my initial purchase, so I would highly recommend this route if you have the same concerns. My second purchase I just went with a regular online order. Both orders were fine, no problems. I received the gear quickly and exactly as ordered, and for a lower price than I found anywhere else.

Thought I was buying a device at a good… Thought I was buying a device at a good price. Five days later they emailed me and said they cancelled my order because they accidentally were advertising a price that was too low.

Bad Experience Bad Experience never recommend this seller. Sale product, charge my credit card and say for estimate delivery in 1 month. If you don't have the product don't list the product. LOST MY TIME.
