Excellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. I was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status.
