I was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. Excellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. Worth My Time I received what I ordered (a holster for my Honeywell scanner), sooner than expected. I understand that shipping times can vary based on many circumstances, but it is still much appreciated to receive something sooner than later. Also, Barcode Giant's price was the cheapest out of 3 or 4 other sellers. This was worth my time.
