GBWorth My Time I received what I ordered (a holster for my Honeywell scanner), sooner than expected. I understand that shipping times can vary based on many circumstances, but it is still much appreciated to receive something sooner than later. Also, Barcode Giant's price was the cheapest out of 3 or 4 other sellers. This was worth my time.

GBVery bad experience Very bad experience, charged me for 6 rolls of paper instead of 6 cases. They were 6 times as expensive as another online store I usually deal with, then wouldn’t even send me an email to send the product back! Horrible customer service and really just a bad company to buy from. They tricked me into thinking I was buying in bulk

GBExcellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. Overall extremely helpful and a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone ever looking to get scanner guns for the first time or as replacements.

GBI purchased TMU printers on website but… I purchased TMU printers on website but filling wrong shipping zip code.I contacted the customer service and Brendan, customer care rep, gave me a quick help by contacting the UPS shipping manager directly multiple times to correct my wrong address until resolving it. I receive my purchase next day as promised. I absolutely recommend this web site to my friends and neighbors if they want to buy printers. Thank you

GBI was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status.
