Bad Experience Bad Experience never recommend this seller. Sale product, charge my credit card and say for estimate delivery in 1 month. If you don't have the product don't list the product. LOST MY TIME.

Needed a new scanner for my POS system Needed a new scanner for my POS system. Chatted with rep and they recommended one that was a direct replacement. After receiving scanner it didn't work and would need to be programmed. Chatted with rep again and they wouldn't tell me how to program unless I paid the yearly tech support fee. Eventually figured it myself. Programming takes about 5 seconds. Would've been nice to just give me that info since I bought the scanner from them.

No "Order Status" feature Online ordering doesn't offer "order status" featuring. Most recent order didn't include tracking and was a drop shipment making it difficult to know if the order was delivered. The customer service was OK, however it was again difficult to get order status or tracking until after the order was delivered. Tried using the "CHAT" feature and there was never anyone who responded to that. There's no feature to set up online accounts so you can track past orders and reorder again.

Customer service has been poor Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number. Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.

I purchased TMU printers on website but… I purchased TMU printers on website but filling wrong shipping zip code.I contacted the customer service and Brendan, customer care rep, gave me a quick help by contacting the UPS shipping manager directly multiple times to correct my wrong address until resolving it. I receive my purchase next day as promised. I absolutely recommend this web site to my friends and neighbors if they want to buy printers. Thank you
