I was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. That make it easy to try before you buy--only charging for the shipping and consumables--which is VERY reasonable. We were able to use there Try and Buy program to evaluate three different form factors of device from three different vendors and then purchase with confidence.
