Excellent service! I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering. Overall extremely helpful and a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone ever looking to get scanner guns for the first time or as replacements.

I was not happy when my orders were… I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. Needed a new scanner for my POS system Needed a new scanner for my POS system. Chatted with rep and they recommended one that was a direct replacement. After receiving scanner it didn't work and would need to be programmed. Chatted with rep again and they wouldn't tell me how to program unless I paid the yearly tech support fee. Eventually figured it myself. Programming takes about 5 seconds. Would've been nice to just give me that info since I bought the scanner from them.
