Alex, if that's his real name, was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund I was threaten and called out of my name by a guy name Jim or Jeff.

I pay total 3300 dollar to this company… I pay total 3300 dollar to this company ,but they do noting but laying again and agian. This company is basically liars who keep lying throughout the whole process. After the money is paid, they tell me that you still need a domain name. It costs 10 dollars. The domain name is only 20 dollars for two years, but this company lied to me for 900 dollars for the two-year domain name. This company also kept asking me for other fees, and after asking, they didn't do anything for you, except to keep cheating you. 9 months passed and nothing was done. I wanted my money back and they just disappeared。

We had a few instances where we were not understanding each other, but it only took a couple of phone calls to clear everything up, and get to where we needed to get. They (I mainly spoke with Elliot went above and beyond to meet my requests and expectations. Always took the time to explain how things were progressing, and made everything happen as I had envisioned it! The final product was beyond anything I had hoped for!!! I would MOST definitely recommend this company.
