AEDo not even think about using this… Do not even think about using this company for web development. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person developing my website was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster. I needed the website to meet a business deadline which was made very clear to INGIC. They failed to meet the deadline for 9 weeks. Four weeks after my site went live it crashed and had to be rebuilt. This time I used a real company. If you want to build a web site find a company that will deliver. If you use these guys then pay after they deliver and not before.

They religiously follow up the client requirements and have tireless approach to make a customer happy. I bear the logo designed by them - it looks awesome. Thank you Henry and the design team. GBWorst Company Trust me to go with some other more professional company. Spend a little extra and get your logo design done right. This company is not great. Yes, they will design a logo but the files they provide you with are minimal. No Facebook or twitter friendly so you yourself have to spend a couple hours resizing and cropping. Poor customer service and it takes 24 h for a revision and if you have a few revision you will not get your logo back for a while. Find another place

SAWorst experience ever 1 office located in JLT with 1 account manager and receptionist yes that's it the rest of the company is run by another country I don't know where they claimed it's operated from NJ anyhow this complain as about the account manager who just wanted me to sign their contract ASAP. The account manager agreed on everything I said on the phone and in the meeting face to face which he didn't even bother to take a single note for it. Which made me more scared than before I mean this person was just yes yes yes we can do it. Anyhow he sent a very unprofessional sow and when I insisted to have everything I mentioned orally and in the meeting to be written down in the SOW the price was raised like 80% It means this guy have no idea of what he's doing. And how to deal with customers. It means this guy have zero communication with his company. It means this company made me waste lots of time on them.

GBTerrible Experience Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.
