SAI had a project creating an app they never delivered and never refund my amount I had a project creating an app The problem i have faces is with the communication and customer service they take forever to respond to emails they never keep one person to take care of your project and this will cuz confusion for the next person who takes over your project which it happend to me a lot they way passed the deadline and i gave them so many chances but, again they never deliver the results. Im very disappointed. I have emails to prove that if anyone wants proves. When I asked for the refund they refused and i lost a lot of money and now my app never happend because of this management they have. I wish they focus more on customers more than them selfs, i have noticed they care more about payment more than quality of work and retaining employees. My advice for anyone i strongly don't recommend to work with them

GBBrilliant services Truly satisfied with the services provided by INGIC for the creation of an explainer video for my brand. I own herbal medicine and cosmetic company and wanted to a video to explain the use of a new product. As it was a beauty product I wanted a detailed video to let my consumers know the correct usage and effects. I just loved the video they made and after uploading it on my channel my clientele increased. INGIC is definitely recommended by me.

SAWorst experience ever 1 office located in JLT with 1 account manager and receptionist yes that's it the rest of the company is run by another country I don't know where they claimed it's operated from NJ anyhow this complain as about the account manager who just wanted me to sign their contract ASAP. The account manager agreed on everything I said on the phone and in the meeting face to face which he didn't even bother to take a single note for it. Which made me more scared than before I mean this person was just yes yes yes we can do it. Anyhow he sent a very unprofessional sow and when I insisted to have everything I mentioned orally and in the meeting to be written down in the SOW the price was raised like 80% It means this guy have no idea of what he's doing. And how to deal with customers. It means this guy have zero communication with his company. It means this company made me waste lots of time on them.

GBTerrible Experience Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.
