SAWorst experience ever 1 office located in JLT with 1 account manager and receptionist yes that's it the rest of the company is run by another country I don't know where they claimed it's operated from NJ anyhow this complain as about the account manager who just wanted me to sign their contract ASAP. The account manager agreed on everything I said on the phone and in the meeting face to face which he didn't even bother to take a single note for it. Which made me more scared than before I mean this person was just yes yes yes we can do it. Anyhow he sent a very unprofessional sow and when I insisted to have everything I mentioned orally and in the meeting to be written down in the SOW the price was raised like 80% It means this guy have no idea of what he's doing. And how to deal with customers. It means this guy have zero communication with his company. It means this company made me waste lots of time on them.

SASerious issue with INGIC (INGIC MUST Contact me back) i have a serious issue with INGIC i know INGIC management are looking into this review website and appreciate getting back to me to avoid sever circumstances noting that the several assigned PMs are unable to resolve my project issues and no one from management is getting back to me and help desk says they cant share CEO, VP or PD contact details

GBAwesome Explainer video I own a salon and wanted to get an explainer video that could describe the usage of my app to my customers. I wanted a 2D animated video that is easy to comprehend. I hired INGIC for the job and they did it brilliantly. The character and story board is very well developed and the video is very easy to understand. My clients especially the elderly ones are quite happy as now they can smoothly book an appointment or get the relevant information about our services. The app helps the new clients to easily reach salon with the help of and integrated map. INGIC did a wonderful job.

AEDo not even think about using this… Do not even think about using this company for web development. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person developing my website was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster. I needed the website to meet a business deadline which was made very clear to INGIC. They failed to meet the deadline for 9 weeks. Four weeks after my site went live it crashed and had to be rebuilt. This time I used a real company. If you want to build a web site find a company that will deliver. If you use these guys then pay after they deliver and not before.

GBI have been waiting for my web site for… I have been waiting for my web site for 6 months now, they have already charged me and won't answer my calls or emails. This is a scam and these guys are peace's of crap. Waist of my time and money.
