Terrible Experience Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

Awesome Explainer video I own a salon and wanted to get an explainer video that could describe the usage of my app to my customers. I wanted a 2D animated video that is easy to comprehend. I hired INGIC for the job and they did it brilliantly. The character and story board is very well developed and the video is very easy to understand. My clients especially the elderly ones are quite happy as now they can smoothly book an appointment or get the relevant information about our services. The app helps the new clients to easily reach salon with the help of and integrated map. INGIC did a wonderful job.

Worse company ever Worse company ever! Don't waste your money on them. They do not deliver on their promises. Delays and delays, mistakes over mistakes. Nothing moved forward we are still at the same level as months ago. While my website should have taken 45 days to be ready, as per what they have said and what's written in the contract. We are now past 4 months and we are absolutely no where. I wrote all the content for my website and yet errors were made. Things need to be repeated over and over and over again, by WhatsApp, over the phone and by emails. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am now requesting my money back as I do not want to continue to work like this and of course they have stopped responding to me. Their delay and lack of professionalism has negatively impacted my business and sales. I will take the matter to higher level here in Dubai. Update: I am no longer a client of them. This company doesn't have any established offices in Dubai nor in the US. They have failed to provide me with proofs of anything and got extremely nervous after I asked them for a copy of their trade license. After posting this review, they have called me over 12 times to ask me to remove it, pressuring me by saying that my review will have the account manager in charge of my project fired. They completely wasted my time. Eventually, and in an attempt to leverage the review removal and because they got nervous after I've contacted the authorities here in Dubai and that I was documenting my interactions with them in order to build my case against them, they refunded my money back. After the money was refunded, they've still tried to ask me to remove the review. Please beware of them and do not go to business with them.

They done a great job supporting my… They done a great job supporting my project from the beginning , Eric from Ingic being the most professional person ever, always giving the right consultantion , being supportive, taking the extra miles with me . Moving very well with them . I just can't wait to reach to the launch stage I recommend them big time

Do not even think about using this… Do not even think about using this company for web development. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person developing my website was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster. I needed the website to meet a business deadline which was made very clear to INGIC. They failed to meet the deadline for 9 weeks. Four weeks after my site went live it crashed and had to be rebuilt. This time I used a real company. If you want to build a web site find a company that will deliver. If you use these guys then pay after they deliver and not before.
