Worse company ever Worse company ever! Don't waste your money on them. They do not deliver on their promises. Delays and delays, mistakes over mistakes. Nothing moved forward we are still at the same level as months ago. While my website should have taken 45 days to be ready, as per what they have said and what's written in the contract. We are now past 4 months and we are absolutely no where. I wrote all the content for my website and yet errors were made. Things need to be repeated over and over and over again, by WhatsApp, over the phone and by emails. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am now requesting my money back as I do not want to continue to work like this and of course they have stopped responding to me. Their delay and lack of professionalism has negatively impacted my business and sales. I will take the matter to higher level here in Dubai. Update: I am no longer a client of them. This company doesn't have any established offices in Dubai nor in the US. They have failed to provide me with proofs of anything and got extremely nervous after I asked them for a copy of their trade license. After posting this review, they have called me over 12 times to ask me to remove it, pressuring me by saying that my review will have the account manager in charge of my project fired. They completely wasted my time. Eventually, and in an attempt to leverage the review removal and because they got nervous after I've contacted the authorities here in Dubai and that I was documenting my interactions with them in order to build my case against them, they refunded my money back. After the money was refunded, they've still tried to ask me to remove the review. Please beware of them and do not go to business with them.

Worst experience ever 1 office located in JLT with 1 account manager and receptionist yes that's it the rest of the company is run by another country I don't know where they claimed it's operated from NJ anyhow this complain as about the account manager who just wanted me to sign their contract ASAP. The account manager agreed on everything I said on the phone and in the meeting face to face which he didn't even bother to take a single note for it. Which made me more scared than before I mean this person was just yes yes yes we can do it. Anyhow he sent a very unprofessional sow and when I insisted to have everything I mentioned orally and in the meeting to be written down in the SOW the price was raised like 80% It means this guy have no idea of what he's doing. And how to deal with customers. It means this guy have zero communication with his company. It means this company made me waste lots of time on them.

Serious issue with INGIC (INGIC MUST Contact me back) i have a serious issue with INGIC i know INGIC management are looking into this review website and appreciate getting back to me to avoid sever circumstances noting that the several assigned PMs are unable to resolve my project issues and no one from management is getting back to me and help desk says they cant share CEO, VP or PD contact details

Terrible Experience Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

Do not even think about using this… Do not even think about using this company for web development. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person developing my website was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster. I needed the website to meet a business deadline which was made very clear to INGIC. They failed to meet the deadline for 9 weeks. Four weeks after my site went live it crashed and had to be rebuilt. This time I used a real company. If you want to build a web site find a company that will deliver. If you use these guys then pay after they deliver and not before.
