Worse company ever Worse company ever! Don't waste your money on them. They do not deliver on their promises. Delays and delays, mistakes over mistakes. Nothing moved forward we are still at the same level as months ago. While my website should have taken 45 days to be ready, as per what they have said and what's written in the contract. We are now past 4 months and we are absolutely no where. I wrote all the content for my website and yet errors were made. Things need to be repeated over and over and over again, by WhatsApp, over the phone and by emails. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am now requesting my money back as I do not want to continue to work like this and of course they have stopped responding to me. Their delay and lack of professionalism has negatively impacted my business and sales. I will take the matter to higher level here in Dubai. Update: I am no longer a client of them. This company doesn't have any established offices in Dubai nor in the US. They have failed to provide me with proofs of anything and got extremely nervous after I asked them for a copy of their trade license. After posting this review, they have called me over 12 times to ask me to remove it, pressuring me by saying that my review will have the account manager in charge of my project fired. They completely wasted my time. Eventually, and in an attempt to leverage the review removal and because they got nervous after I've contacted the authorities here in Dubai and that I was documenting my interactions with them in order to build my case against them, they refunded my money back. After the money was refunded, they've still tried to ask me to remove the review. Please beware of them and do not go to business with them.

Serious issue with INGIC (INGIC MUST Contact me back) i have a serious issue with INGIC i know INGIC management are looking into this review website and appreciate getting back to me to avoid sever circumstances noting that the several assigned PMs are unable to resolve my project issues and no one from management is getting back to me and help desk says they cant share CEO, VP or PD contact details

Terrible Experience Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

I had a project creating an app they never delivered and never refund my amount I had a project creating an app The problem i have faces is with the communication and customer service they take forever to respond to emails they never keep one person to take care of your project and this will cuz confusion for the next person who takes over your project which it happend to me a lot they way passed the deadline and i gave them so many chances but, again they never deliver the results. Im very disappointed. I have emails to prove that if anyone wants proves. When I asked for the refund they refused and i lost a lot of money and now my app never happend because of this management they have. I wish they focus more on customers more than them selfs, i have noticed they care more about payment more than quality of work and retaining employees. My advice for anyone i strongly don't recommend to work with them

A great job done! I own a health and fitness gym and to increase the clientele I wanted a website. A friend told about INGIC. I contacted them for the development and they were very responsive. They deployed my website beautifully and I am very happy with it. The website has attracted many new customers and has a left a positive impact on my business. I'm giving one star less due to some delay in turnaround time. Everything else was great.
