CNYour cartridges did not interface with… Your cartridges did not interface with my printer HP 63 is what I use my printer did not recognize your cartridges. I had to go out and buy HP cartridges in order to get my printer to work.

GBWrong Ink, Bad service I ordered this ink on 1/17/24 and got it on 1/23/24 Was sent the wrong ink. When I called to let them know ow what happened. I was not given a ticket number and I was told that some one would call me. They emailed me at 2am in the morning. Then in their email they had all of the information that I had given to the said person in customer service incorrect. NOTE: All of the information was wrong!!! Then once I informed them of the correct ink They person emailing me is still speaking of incorrect information.then was told to purchase ink and then they would help me with refund. So I told them to send me a refund due to me returningthe incorrect ink on my own. Basicallythey don't listen and will get your order incorrect.

Even one said take pictures and send them to you 🤡😂 .send a label I will you my valuable time to send back 😡😡👎just not sure who work for are if your company is that reliable and zero response . Must be foreign people who work for you 👎😡🤡time is $$$ my time and advice is my stock and trade $$$
