Quality, Responsive, and Customer Oriented Design Overall I give Pinnacle Logo an A+ on their service in designing my logo. Their pricing was comparable to other companies I looked at, but their choice of packages was far superior and provided more service for the money. Once they began support they were responsive in accordance with the timeline they stated. They provided an initial sample of logos based upon very minimal requirements I provided and all were quality work. When I decided to take attributes from three different logos to finalize mine, their work was even better. In the end, I was very pleased with my logo and everyone that has seen it loves it too. Resopnsive and daily communication on logo design Susan at Pinnacle was very responsive to daily design and idea requests. What could make the process more stream lined is being able to talk to your designer about your companies vision. It's difficult even for the an expert communicator to paint this picture in email form.

WORST LOGO COMPANY EVER!! Pinnacle Logo is by far the WORST logo design company ever! The artworks looks like a 3 year old drew it, in fact, a 3 year old could probably do better!! They submitted the logo to me at the very last moment and it looked nothing like what I had requested. After I asked for them to revise the logo, they came back with two more designs that were beyond description... I would urge anyone who wants to use this company to STAY AWAY!! They have extremely poor customer service, it takes them days to get back to you, and even then they don't address concerns or questions. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! You're better off drawing your own logo!!!
