First time customer Pinnacle Logo provided great service. We were sent 6 logo samples the following day. Half of them were quality logos so it was hard to decide, however, we finally selected one. Our logo is everything we asked for -elegant and simple! I would absolutely use their services again!

Before discovering Pinnacle Logo we had worked with two other companies and neither was able to convert our vision into a logo we liked. WORST LOGO COMPANY EVER!! Pinnacle Logo is by far the WORST logo design company ever! The artworks looks like a 3 year old drew it, in fact, a 3 year old could probably do better!! They submitted the logo to me at the very last moment and it looked nothing like what I had requested. After I asked for them to revise the logo, they came back with two more designs that were beyond description... I would urge anyone who wants to use this company to STAY AWAY!! They have extremely poor customer service, it takes them days to get back to you, and even then they don't address concerns or questions. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! You're better off drawing your own logo!!! Outstanding Value and Quality High quality options, fast turnaround (both for initial designs and revisions), reasonable price - what more can you ask for! Dealing with Pinnacle Logo has been a far better experience than with other, better known logo design outfits - including that one with the contests. I will definitely be using Pinnacle again - both for new designs...and to fix logos I got from those other guys.

Excellent quality & creativity in a timely manner. I have been struggling with a logo design for my business for several years, trying several that just did not look right.
