GBLove the Cards This was my first order and it arrived incomplete and I was panicking as the holiday was nearly here and I wasn’t hearing back from anyone. Cards finally arrived in the nick of time. The cardstock and envelopes are superior in quality and and I love the self-stick envelopes! Wet your pants funny and totally irreverent cards one can’t find anywhere else! Will definitely order again!

GBI received an order missing an item I received an order missing an item. I have emailed them four times through their system---the only way they make available to reach them---and have had no response. I have finally resorted to writing a bad review to get their attention. I will see if they publish this or get in touch with me.

GBPoor customer service, unecessarily late card I have used CardFool a number of times with no issue, however; this last transaction has left a poor taste. I ordered two cards, one of which was two weeks prior to when I needed it. They order update stated they had shipped the card on 7/16/23 date, which should have been plenty of time before the two weeks were up. The card didn't arrive in time two weeks later, unfortunately. Investigating, I looked closer at the shipping tracker. Even though the order update said they shipped on 7/16/23 the USPS didn't even receive it until 7/24/23, over a week later. I have been awaiting response from support for 3 days now and ufortunately have no response on why this happened, or any communication about compensation or refund. At this point I think I have to eat the useless birthday card and will move on to a competitor.
