GBSeems like a good alternative to… Seems like a good alternative to finding a card, writing in it, and mailing it. However, the backlog is in the mailing, so you'd better order early. Of the 4 cards I've sent, only 1 arrived before the day being celebrated, and that one arrive one day before! I've also noticed a lack of diversity in the cards, and the volume of political ones (regardless of your view) only serve to exacerbate an already inflamed situation. I also am concerned that they save your credit card and there is no method for removing it. I will not be using this service again, going back to either e-cards or the old fashioned method.

GBUPS is terrible. CardFool service is great I ordered a card that didn't arrive so I contacted Tim who immediately responded. He said they mailed it but they promptly overnighted me a new card. The original card showed through the UPS three weeks after they mailed it to me. So they had actually mailed the card but clearly the UPS had an issue. Thank you for the excellent service and for your responsiveness to my problem.

GBDisappointed with no contact I was excited to f ind your site and found your ecards interesting and entertaining. I found one that was just perfect and proceeded to join and send it. My pleasure stopped there. I was given a message that the recipient's email was invalid, that mine that I had just opened my account with was invalid, also, and could find no way to ask for help. Couldn't find a way to contact company . I am very disappointed with the site as I had planned to use it again but now have my doubts about it's practices and legitimacy. Seems a very strange way to attract new customers.Would love to find out my impression is wrong but I don't see how I will ever know since I have no way discuss my problem with them......

GBUNRECEIVED CARDS I had two cards that had not been received. I called and left message after message and sent emails with no response. The CEO of the Company responded to one of my emails and then called me to apologize and say that the money for those cards would be refunded immediately. Doesn't get much better than that. Very impressive.

GBIm only giving this company a 4 star… Im only giving this company a 4 star because the shipping hasn't been what it use to be. However I did contact them and spoke with Grant and he did say they were having issues with the shipping. Other then that I love the cards and have been a happy member for a while now.
