I ordered an envelope feeder on Dec 5 … I ordered an envelope feeder on Dec 5 and have yet to receive, however my credit card was charged in my December billing cycle. I've made multiple attempts to contact the company via email, telephone and I've even tweeted them as of today and haven't received a response. The Contact Us options on the site don't appear to be functioning either. I'm almost at my wits end with my only recourse at this point is to dispute the charge --- very frustrated! Update -- after writing this message I was contacted by a representative from rjl who is attempting to rectify my situation.
