Scam Scam website, I spent €68 euros on an assessment and had no way to schedule the session. I tried to reach out over all available channels and called multiple numbers but was unable to reach a human.

HUGE SCAM MantraCare is a huge scam. I worked for them as a service provider for 3 months, and didn’t get paid once. They kept telling me they would “release payments next week”, and when I asked them they would constantly ignore me. The app itself is also so incredibly difficult to use, I heard from several of my clients that they had paid for the services and couldn’t schedule an appointment with a therapist. Their customer support sucks too, so whenever I tried to reach out to them to ask them to fix my clients’ issues with the app, they would take forever to respond. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt in hopes that they were just slow, but these people are dishonest scammers that take advantage of anyone that comes their way. If you want to see a therapist, I suggest you put your money into a trustworthy therapy platform or find a private therapist.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN APP App crashes. Can't find message area where they are supposedly trying to contact me. Can't figure out how to schedule the $50 each therapy appointments I paid for. There is no customer service chat or phone line, and no videos on how to use the app. The only phone number (even the US area code one, I found out, unfortunately) rings in India so I woke that person up in the middle of the night but she's looking for business partners, not to help clients. It is fully unbelievable that this service is part of care plans including Cigna. Their refund policy is "If you dispute, we will come after your credit, send you to collections, cancel your account, ban you from the platform." Today, after sending multiple messages yesterday, I found my account has been cancelled without any reference to what I paid for, whether the app works, or anything. Garbage. Don't use it.
