Advertises that it has ocd specialists in the area but this is misleading I am currently trying to access treatment for ocd and so was searching for specialist ocd treatment in my area and this came up. The page specifically talks about having therapists in my city. And provides the photos of the 4 top therapists apparently in my area. It also says it works with 50+ ocd specialists in my area. My main issue is that the same 4 pictures of supposed experts in my area appear not just on the page for my area but on the pages for any other area selected. I feel this is very misleading and without subscribing to the service there is no way to know if there are any experts in your area or their credentials or ability to treat the condition.

Not really psychotherapy services I had 1 session with one of their psychologists. However, I'm not sure how it's helpful. The counsellor was there to listen and he seemed like a nice person, but offered no real helpful insights that are science based (which I was expecting). I feel like I paid a friend to listen to my grievance etc... and that's pretty much it.

Can I give no stars Can I give no stars? They don't pay you and as soon as they onboard you, you won't hear fr ok my them again. It's a big scam, they get people's money, keep the practitioner around until they realise they will never get paid but then, who cares? They already made 2 months worth of fees. Unscrupulous. Disrespect for the professional and their clients.
