USNever again I ordered 3 for my HP printer and they said that they would work. Well guess what they didnt and they will not pay to ship them back to them. Very poor customer service. Do not order from this company.

USNo Customer Service I ordered 3 toner cartridges for my B&W Brother printer and a drum. Two of the cartridges were fine and lasted about 2100 pages each, but one had leaked and only printed about 300 pages. Now I'm replacing the drum and the printer won't recognize it. I've tried calling the customer service number probably 10 times, but I just get a recording saying they'll be with me shortly and then the line drops. Think I'll need to order another drum somewhere else and probably go elsewhere for toner too.

USMy first and last time. My first and last time buying from this company. I received my cartridges, but they don't work. I removed them and reinstalled them several times to no avail. I tried contacting customer services twice by email, and 15 times by telephone without a response.

GBColour Cartridges very unpredictable First set of HP 200x I bought were fine, but of the last few sets I've bought, 2 or three out of each 4 pack of cartridges don't work satisfactorily. The tolerances are so poor that there is a constant pale background of colour on the paper, and no amount of calibration will get rid of it. Just have to bin it and try another one until one finally well enough made accurately enough to work. Even ditching 50-60% of the cartridges, it works our much cheaper than HP original, but is it worth all the hassle and the waste?

USonly 1 out of 4 work I ordered 2 4 packs of toner for my Brother MFC printer and 1 of the 4 didn't work. I installed them and the indicator for the yellow toner said it was empty. I put the yellow from the second 4 pack in and now it prints. Customer service said they would send a replacement and I'm waiting. Quality control is poor when 1 out of 4 works
