Awful The Toner is not Even Fit!!!!!!! -

only 1 out of 4 work I ordered 2 4 packs of toner for my Brother MFC printer and 1 of the 4 didn't work. I installed them and the indicator for the yellow toner said it was empty. I put the yellow from the second 4 pack in and now it prints. Customer service said they would send a replacement and I'm waiting. Quality control is poor when 1 out of 4 works

Arrived empty of toner I received the toner cartridge with absolutely no toner...Someone forgot to fill it with toner! It did not even print one page. I paid $10.99, but Amazon is only refunding $8.79.
