Installed a replacement cartridge Installed a replacement cartridge, and the computer tells me there is 100% ink, but it prints just blank pages. Yes, I removed the plastic ink containment strip. Update: after contacting V4ink and explaining that the replacement cartridge didn't work, they collected some additional information (excessively, in my opinion), and sent me two replacement cartridges. The one I have installed now works very nicely, but the printer sounds like a dying cow when it prints! I don't really know if that's the cartridge, but I haven't done anything else to the printer, so I'm assuming it's the cartridge.

I have attempted several times to order… I have attempted several times to order toner from this company and each time the cartridge either prints out completely smudged pages or runs out with a week. I look for deals, but buying from this company is not a deal at all. I won't make that mistake again.

Never again I ordered 3 for my HP printer and they said that they would work. Well guess what they didnt and they will not pay to ship them back to them. Very poor customer service. Do not order from this company.

NOT GOOD! The toner cartridges fit okay and my printer recognized them. The ink color was way light and it didn't last very long. I've had to take out the cartridges constantly and shake them vigorously so I don't have streaks of hard to see print/faded areas. I won't be buying these again. I just replaced them all with genuine cartridges. Also not happy that there isn't any information or labels for returning them for recycling as I get with HP cartridges. A very disappointing experience.

Better quicker I ran out of ink at ,of course, a poor time and went to a shop to buy a new cartridge looked at the price went back home and pulled up Amazon and vink cartridges, quick simple and easy had them in two days half the price even with shipping and they work great. That's all folks..........
