Lock you into subscription They advertise trademark filing at $99 - they don't say it commits you to a 6 month subscription at $99 per month. Total scam. All communication is convoluted and nonsensical to try to spin you in circles and spend even more money.

If you want your trademark messed up, filed wrong, and costing extra, use Trademarkia. Would not recommend. I wouldn’t recommend using Trademarkia. I hired them twice for two different marks and both times the lawyer filed them wrong, only to be “fixed” by paying more. My second one went through smoothly after that but with my first one, the lawyer made SO many mistakes that I ended up hiring a real trademark lawyer and transferring it over to them. Do yourself a favor and hire a trademark attorney from the start and don’t use Trademarkia.

Excellent service I was dealing with a refusal of registration that required me to hire an attorney in the United States (I live abroad), and that's how I found Trademarkia. SCAMMING CUSTOMERS I placed the order on saturday and on tuesday I wrote them to cancel the order (within the time period the established on they policy) the attorney John Michel Miller send me an email and for a simple mail they wanted to charge me all monthly price FOR A MAIL 99$ for a piece of email. avoid to working with these people, they are scammers and not serious at all. i reported them to the FTC
