I’m making a formal complaint to the BAR. They have come out with nonsense excuses. The truth is they take your money and lie about timeframes. They use false names to trade. They make up lies about upselling patents for non existent patent possibilities. The law firm is effectively a concoction of attorneys who don’t play by the rules. Avoid them at all costs. They are unprofessional or certainly Reine Rooney is. She’s practicing under a different name than the one she’s registered with the BAR.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! They do not give refunds unlike their refund policy states and by the time you realize you have signed up for a scam it will be too late to get a refund from these guys. We asked for a refund even before meeting with an attorney and our requests were simply ignored. Any time you bring up the word refund they simply do not respond. Be careful what you sign up for. The cheap package is not as cheap as it sounds. There are hidden fees like $99 per class monitoring fees that are charged quarterly for two quarters that you have no choice but to pay for. Once you realize that is way more that you anticipated to spend it will be too late to get the refund and of course you will receive no assistance with that.

Be patient - this is a long process but Trademarkia will get it done for you! Looking back on the 2-year journey, one part of the process that could have been easier would be the photography approval process. There seemed to be something wrong with every photo we submitted which made the process so much longer than it needed to be but they are the experts so trust is key! They got it done - maybe not with the TM we were looking for but we are registered and feel good about that. Everyone was great! Follow up was amazing! Couldn't have done it without them! SCAM TRADEMARK SERVICE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK I paid $99 for the "trademark service." Trademark Order #2102574. Got a video chat from Katie Yoches and she say they need to draft a letter of consent. 14 days passed and nothing happened. I have send them a total of 3 emails on different days during these 14 days and there were no reply. So I cancel my subscription as well as terminating their service. The moment I made my cancellation they responded with the consent letter and charge a $200. on my card for the cancellation. I have reported them to the FTC - FTC Report Number 162926397 and asking the bank to recover the money COMPLETE SCAMERS
