Excellent service I was dealing with a refusal of registration that required me to hire an attorney in the United States (I live abroad), and that's how I found Trademarkia. Everyone I dealt with was professional and communicative, and my issue was resolved quickly. The trademark no longer has grounds for refusal. Thank you!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! They do not give refunds unlike their refund policy states and by the time you realize you have signed up for a scam it will be too late to get a refund from these guys. We asked for a refund even before meeting with an attorney and our requests were simply ignored. Any time you bring up the word refund they simply do not respond. Be careful what you sign up for. The cheap package is not as cheap as it sounds. There are hidden fees like $99 per class monitoring fees that are charged quarterly for two quarters that you have no choice but to pay for. Once you realize that is way more that you anticipated to spend it will be too late to get the refund and of course you will receive no assistance with that.

Lock you into subscription They advertise trademark filing at $99 - they don't say it commits you to a 6 month subscription at $99 per month. Total scam. All communication is convoluted and nonsensical to try to spin you in circles and spend even more money.

SCAM TRADEMARK SERVICE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK I paid $99 for the "trademark service." Trademark Order #2102574. Got a video chat from Katie Yoches and she say they need to draft a letter of consent. 14 days passed and nothing happened. I have send them a total of 3 emails on different days during these 14 days and there were no reply. So I cancel my subscription as well as terminating their service. The moment I made my cancellation they responded with the consent letter and charge a $200. on my card for the cancellation. I have reported them to the FTC - FTC Report Number 162926397 and asking the bank to recover the money COMPLETE SCAMERS
