Great company. Great company. I've been a member for many years and have benefited from points and been able to exchange these for a few gifts. I'm not overly convinced by the new points system which gives you a game token which you can use to win points. Before you used to just earn points and I feel the change means I'm no longer earning a many points as I did before. However it's easy to use and doesn't take a huge amount of time and you are rewarded for that time.

Easy to earn, easy to deal with. I have been a member of this panel for a few years now, and I have had to do little to nothing to earn points. Recently I have checked my points and I am impressed at the amount and the way I can redeem them. Choosing and getting the item I would like to get for the points is very easy. I can just recommend this Panel.

The app is so unreliable and unstable The app is so unreliable and unstable, half the time I am unable to transmit and just give up. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it, when I reinstalled it I had lost my points. Even when I do get it working my points balance has gone down! There are never any surveys for me and I have been a member for When I do get the app working, it says I am only one week away from the next level - it has said this for months now. It is the most unstable and unreliable app I have ever installed and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle.

Nielsen Customer Service are a great support I have had a few problems (of my own making!) and the Nielsen Computer & Mobile Panel are always helpful and supportive.
