GBThe app is so unreliable and unstable The app is so unreliable and unstable, half the time I am unable to transmit and just give up. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it, when I reinstalled it I had lost my points. Even when I do get it working my points balance has gone down! There are never any surveys for me and I have been a member for When I do get the app working, it says I am only one week away from the next level - it has said this for months now. It is the most unstable and unreliable app I have ever installed and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle.

GBNielsen Customer Service are a great support I have had a few problems (of my own making!) and the Nielsen Computer & Mobile Panel are always helpful and supportive.
