10/10 First of all the illustrations and other resources are fabulous. And the fact that it can be used free makes it even better. Overall 10/10 service and one of the most useful ones for creators that I have came across!!

Great Service to the Customer I used Icons8 for a 3-month project for my business. I got charged the $99 renewal this year but I didn't need Icons8 anymore as my project had ended the year prior. I reached out to their support team and they refunded my request in seconds (not even minutes). Their service was timely and efficient. You can't say that about a lot of businesses these days!

Our startup is at pre-launch and every $ counts at this stage we reached out to support to ask for a refund for the last 2 months that we didn't use your app and Mark was very helpful and empathic and refunded us the 2 months we didn't use Icons8. Lunacy Lunacy fan from first sight. There are some minor bugs from time to time but overall it's very convenient so i didnt really notice. Besides they're always quick to help whenever i ask for it. The only negative thing is me not noticing the app waaaaay before i did.
