Design Optimax....unprofessional and untrustworthy Design Optimax did not make the website I requested. I even gave them access to my current website to show them what I wanted PRIOR to me agreeing and paying for the package they said would meet my requirements. Now, they are saying this is not what we agreed to and that I said I wanted the basic package. We NEVER had a phone conversation prior to my paying for the package and none of our correspondences prior to my payment shows anywhere that I requested a basic package. He (Carlos) states that the website I am currently using is "basic" and they would create something more professional (that I actually have in a text). Also stated that the feature I wanted could be integrated into the website (Also in a text). He sent me the paperwork, I paid for it. Now 5 weeks later, I am told I need to pay at least $750 to get the feature I told him I wanted in the beginning. Let me also point out that while they now state that they never knew I wanted those features, they have been working on getting me those features for the last 3 weeks. Only now am I being told that I stated (in an imaginary conversation) that I only wanted a basic page (a downgrade from what I am currently using). I stated that I would pay the extra fee WHEN they have produced a website to my specification that I am satisfied with. I told them I am uncomfortable paying anymore up front when they do not honor their money back guarantee. I have yet to receive a response in regard to this. I had also requested a refund if they could not guarantee a website that had the same aspects as the website I am currently using (per their money-back guarantee if the customer is dissatisfied)....But I'm not getting a refund. Apparently they only refund under very specific circumstances, which is not listed on their website. If you don't want to waste your money, I wouldn't suggest working with them. I also would suggest you check the BBB reviews for this company before proceeding with them. You will see more of the types of complaints there are. I wish I had seen those first.

Awesome experience! Wasn’t really sure how this process was going to go but I figured I would give it a shot. The representative Carlos made it very easy to understand and within hours I had several options of GREAT logos that fit my company perfectly. The hardest part of the process was which logo to choose. Thanks Carlos! Awesome job!
