March 2024 - Financial Model Cohorts Experience First, it was suggested that attendees may have to rely on luck to find the financial model they need already available in the Miro template. Therefore, there is a need to expand the library of financial models, such as manufacturing, not everything is SaaS. Second, there seems to be a lack of effort in understanding complex models, such as the multi-tier model we presented. Despite its importance, it only received five minutes of attention during the week. We sincerely felt neglected and underestimated.

Practice, perfect, perform Financial modeling is probably one of the most important yet least understood aspects for starting a business, regardless of business type. You have a great product and service! The training workshop needs improvement. While Caya is a mindblowing-ly good presenter, a different structure might help in comprehension/retention and sales. In my experience as a consultant, we used a 3-step structure: "practice, perfect, perform". One of the methods we employed is a practice model - unrelated to the trainees. I would suggest a "lemonaid stand/SAS" as a practice business to model - iLemonade.

Caya and his team did an excellent job Caya and his team did an excellent job. Self-directed courses can be challenging, but with the discipline of doing the work, it made sense. Being able to go back and forth in the videos to make sure I understood the concept was excellent. The live sessions were also a great opportunity to have questions answered and learn from others' questions. However, I suggest that before we begin the course, the self-directed aspect and the timing of the Q&A sessions should be better outlined, so that we understand what to expect.

Financial Modelling Course was a Hit Amazing course that really breakdown the fundamentals of a model from a visual (macro) to a spreadsheet (micro). It gave me a perspective i didn't have before, and highly recommend any Founder/CEO/COO of any start up to take it. Super powerful
