The illustrations the team has done have been excellent. They helped me sketch out developmental edits for my series, guided me as I wrote the book, and then helped me polish the final edits. Good experience all in all Good experience all in all. Natalie was very patient with me and the team did a good job. Sometimes I felt like I had to ask for things a few times but I am persistent. Costs would have been better explained upfront - so I could purchase the things I would have found more useful. But being first time author there is a learning curve.
