Relentless "upselling" Relentless "upselling". Files received were such low quality that they aren't useable. This is deliberately done so you have to buy the upgrade "high resolution" package. Sales people are PUSHY, and I'm in sales so that's saying alot.

I have been starting a new business and Logo Design Matix has helped me with logo and stationery design as well as they are working on a website and portal for my business as well. They constantly communicate throughout the design process which results in excellent customer service. Jason leads the team working on my website design and content as well as for the logo and stationery design. He is the main one I deal with. Jennifer is in administration. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.
