Relentless "upselling" Relentless "upselling". Files received were such low quality that they aren't useable. This is deliberately done so you have to buy the upgrade "high resolution" package. Sales people are PUSHY, and I'm in sales so that's saying alot.

They constantly communicate throughout the design process which results in excellent customer service. Jason leads the team working on my website design and content as well as for the logo and stationery design. He is the main one I deal with. Jennifer is in administration.
