Great communication.. I am currently working with the company… I am currently working with the company to correct an issue that I had in 2019. They reached out to me to resolve the issue and have made promise to correct everything that went wrong prior to new ownership. So far communication has been great and I am looking forward to seeing my finished project. I had given up on this company from my past experience of paying for a project that was never completed. I felt liked I had been ripped off. But now it made me happy to suddenly get a call asking about my experience and how it can be fixed. I am awaiting my finished project and I will provide updates when it is all done.

CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! Buyer Beware!!!! Platinum Design Services not only kept selling services "a la carte" but they kidnaped my domain and refused to return it to me. Incredible set up and there is no legal remedy the buyer has to defend against this. Run away!

PNC Logo did a great job... The people at PNC Logo worked with me and were patient with my suggestions and edits. I was also patient with them so that the complete web design would turn out as I wanted. I found them to be courteous, resourceful and helpful. They worked within my time constraints. The logo and web design provided to me, fulfilled my needs and turned out outstanding. They did a great job. I am very satisfied and I would recommend them based on my experience.
