Amazing project management I’ve been through a lot in this past year, & revamping my business has been a long and hard process. However I am so thankful to have Ethan John as my project manager. He has been so personal and professional. From considerate holiday wishes, to occasional casual check ins to quick responses and going above and beyond and handling any issues we have run into he has beyond organized and on top of it, every step of the way. Any set backs we have had, he has been supportive and reassuring. If it wasn’t for Ethan John this past year and this whole process would have been catastrophic. I’m so thankful to have such a pleasant experience!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I’ve hesitated redoing my logo and other improvements because I didn’t want to do it and I certainly didn’t want to fight with a company to get the job done. I decided to give PDS a try. I haven’t regretted it once. They’ve been extremely responsive, a-tentative, and most importantly, professional. I wouldn’t hesitate sending my clients projects to them. CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! Buyer Beware!!!! Platinum Design Services not only kept selling services "a la carte" but they kidnaped my domain and refused to return it to me. Incredible set up and there is no legal remedy the buyer has to defend against this. Run away!
